Nice! We need more vids in here. Holding your breath is a good technique to use with both Deads and squats. Really helps stabilize the core under maximal loads.
Bro 535 looked easy. Only thing I'd recommend is a 5 count b/n pulls to give the tendons and muscles time to relax, bc they are still tight and ready to fire.
2 to 3 times a week I do 5x5s with my dad and little brother (he trains for water polo). Thats on top of 3 days of splits atm. I just started training for power before it was all for size and bb.

No man, i suck in air in my belly to stabilize the core and make my belt more snug. I leave about 2 inches of room in my belt for this purpose, it really helps keep the core tight throughout. I hoping to get a 700 pull this upcoming meet in Feburary.
