Conventional block pulls 4x6 285
Pin squats 3x6 260
Cardio post workout 25mins treadmill 10.5 incline 3.6 speed
Massage post workout feeling some tightness/pressure in my knee.

Do you have to cut weight for your comp or are you just going to enter what ever you come in at? You going to eat in a surplus all the way to the end of the cycle? I’m not sure if I’m going to cut weight this time? As soon as my meet happens I start prep for stage so I don’t know what to do! I usually do to hit the 75kg because it’s only 5-10ibs which is pretty easy for me to cut. The next weight class up is 82.5kg which is pretty big…..Do you have to cut weight for your comp or are you just going to enter what ever you come in at? You going to eat in a surplus all the way to the end of the cycle? What weight class you going for?
