Yes sir! We are still just slowly climbing in weight! I hope I can lift a lot more then that come January!
Do you have to cut weight for your comp or are you just going to enter what ever you come in at? You going to eat in a surplus all the way to the end of the cycle? What weight class you going for?

I’m not sure if I’m going to cut weight this time? As soon as my meet happens I start prep for stage so I don’t know what to do! I usually do to hit the 75kg because it’s only 5-10ibs which is pretty easy for me to cut. The next weight class up is 82.5kg which is pretty big….. 😂
 
I'm sure some of us would love to go and watch you at your competition what state will it be in?
 
usually people who compete in powerlifting will cut at the last minute and then getting some carbs after they weigh in
