8oz rice or yams
1/2 avocado
30g protein powder
4 rice cakes
4oz frozen fruit
150 ml almond milk
Post workout:
30 G protein powder
100g cereal

Squat 4x4 320
3sec Pause sumo deadlift 3x6 260
Pin good mornings 3x8 165
Hack squat 315

but oil based steroids like primo you need to go IM
@Kindafitkindafat if you can add 1 tbsp of fish oil distilled per day its 14 grams of omega 3 fish oil or 14,000mgs that cheaper and easier to do than downing 15 capsules
Pretty much all fish oil you have to drink is only 1/3 omega3 so in order to get 15,000mg omega3 you would need to drink 3 tablespoons.
