If you have no rotator cuff tears, that still doesn't mean that your shoulder still doesn't have damage. You should be working on Mobility as well.
 
As long as you eat it post workout, you are fine. Your body is going to be pretty good with higher glycemic stuff at that point. It can even be Golden Grahams or Count Chocula. Mixing it with protein should make the GI of the meal fall a bit, though whey absorbs pretty quickly. In either case, just get a finger prick glucose monitor. If your morning glucose is high, cut out the cereal for something slower. If it is fine, eat to your hearts content.
 
Ultra sound came back as mild left subacromial/subdeltoid bursitis and impingement.
I have a similar impingement i've been dealing with that comes back every once in a while. Cortisone shot and not barbell benching fixed the issue. I'm pretty much exclusive on DB and machine presses. Doesn't seem to bring out the inflammation like the flat barbell bench does.

First day of peptides… it took a minute for me to actually give myself it 😂 it was a whole ordeal…
10iu Bpc-157
25iu TB-500
Given in the shoulder.

Also added a digestive aid today and evening primrose oil

Active Rest Day
25mins treadmill 10incline 3.5speed
Shoulder mobility and 90/90breathing

Meal:1
4slices turkey bacon
1/2cup egg whites
2 whole eggs
1.5tbsp sugar free ketchup
2 slices sprouted bread
Snack: 4oz ground turkey, apple
Meal 2:
Wrap
4oz ground turkey
4oz rice
Vegtables
Meal3:
30g protein shake
300ml unsweetened almond milk
4oz frozen fruit
Meal 4:
8oz rice
4oz ground turkey
1/4cup salsa
1 pepper
 
I told you the cereals would be a big issue 😂 the guys assume it's Reese's cocoa pop and stuff like that. I eat cereals on a regular basis and it has zero sugar except from dried fruits/mangoes.
Most of mine are GTG too.

Biggest one I have problems with is wheat biscuits. I can't eat loads and they have very little cals

are you taking spore based probiotics and psyllium husk daily? digestion and health

also whats the bpc tb you using? you dosing right? because IU not normal for those 2 peptides

Use the correct form. I've seen some recommend the fine powdered form which acts like a gel and makes you feel full. But does NOT act as a cleansing fibre which will aid digestion

I’m taking neither. I’ve never even heard of psyllium husk until I got on here. The digest aid that I started is from revive?
The peptides are from the peptide warehouse and I’m using an insulin needle which is in units. I was told to do 10iu bpc daily and 25iu tb every 3 days.

The vial you are using should tell you how many mg are in it. You need to take mcg per day.
