I have a similar impingement i've been dealing with that comes back every once in a while. Cortisone shot and not barbell benching fixed the issue. I'm pretty much exclusive on DB and machine presses. Doesn't seem to bring out the inflammation like the flat barbell bench does.Ultra sound came back as mild left subacromial/subdeltoid bursitis and impingement.

Most of mine are GTG too.I told you the cereals would be a big issuethe guys assume it's Reese's cocoa pop and stuff like that. I eat cereals on a regular basis and it has zero sugar except from dried fruits/mangoes.

The vial you are using should tell you how many mg are in it. You need to take mcg per day.I’m taking neither. I’ve never even heard of psyllium husk until I got on here. The digest aid that I started is from revive?
The peptides are from the peptide warehouse and I’m using an insulin needle which is in units. I was told to do 10iu bpc daily and 25iu tb every 3 days.
