In a way I agree with him.

I've been to top shows where you'll see the extreme end of the sport. We've had a female member here using Tren.
MrsRoidrage has used tren. She still looks pretty feminine to me.

Meal 1:
3 whole eggs
1/2cup egg whites
1tbsp sugar free ketchup

Meal 2:
Wrap
4oz ground turkey

Meal 3:
4 oz ground turkey
6oz rice
1tbsp soy sauce

Meal 4:
40g whey
354 ml almond milk
4 oz frozen strawberries
1 bag rice crisps

Workout 6-9pm
Post workout
100g cereal
30 g whey

Meal 5:
4 oz ground turkey
6 oz rice
1 tbsp soya sauce and hot sauce

Yes, but it all depends on what their goals are. I am not saying females should use, but if you go low dose short time its not as bad as people think. I think I had her go 5-10mg per day for like 3 weeks. This was using the finaplix/dmso method. She got super strong on it. Her incline bench shot up to 185 for a set of 5. He photos in the first post of her log is when she was on it.
 
I like you nice clean meals. Makes it easy doesn't it? We just started eating rice again and it really tastes good. I think I like it better than mashed potatoes now. Better for you as well.

AM workout

I hate morning workouts because I feel like I have no energy so my workout suffers. But today that was when I had to get it in. Up at 530Am had a quick breakfast on the drive in of rice, ground turkey and eggs. As well as preworkout with creatine and glutamine and 40g Intra carb powder half way thru workout.

Workout:
A1. Side laterals 4x15 10Ibs
A2. Rear delt 4x15 12.5Ibs
A3. Standing DB press 4x15 25Ibs
B1. Narrow stance smith squats 4x20 135Ibs
B2. Smith reverse lunges 4x15/ 75Ibs
B3. DB RDLs 1.2.2.1 4x12 60Ibs
Cardio 30 mins incline 9 speed 3.5

Post workout
100g cereal
40 g whey

@RoidRage69 no it does NOT depend on anything, telling women females to use trenbolone is irresponsible, period. I've worked with many women who ruined their life using trenbolone, this isn't a joke.

finaplix/dmso is different than injecting trenbolone, different absorption and different time.

I never said females should use it. I was just stating something that happened was all. I guess you think all pro females bodybuilders are irresponsible then. They majority of the top females talk and look like men in the faces if they dont cover up in massive amounts of makeup. Again dont accuse me of saying things I never said please. Lets just say this is a misunderstanding and let it go. Ok? Some females can use androgens and be fine in low dose for short time, while others get bad effects using the so called safe steroids.

@RoidRage69 I think professional bodybuilder females who step on stage sure they can use trenbolone light dose, otherwise I don't think it's needed for 99% of women. I would stick to light test, anavar cardarine, the basics for the girls.
