@Kindafitkindafat you're a beautiful strong woman :) all posing is great, its our sport.
What I can’t figure out is how some of y’all can pose make it look so graceful. Even the men! I don’t think there’s a graceful bone in my body 🤣 and trying to smile while you do it! At least as a Man U can go up there a your face can be like a most muscular pose face on every position it the ladies I think they expect us to be graceful and smile. Takes talent for sure. Keep at girl! Find little heels lol!

😂 right! It’s all be graceful but squeeze all your muscles… and core tight while smiling and somehow trying to breathe thru it all🤷🏽‍♀️ oh ya and do it all while wearing 5 inch heels 😵🔫
 
you are doing amazing don't worry about the posing you can always hire a coach

I can barely walk in 2” heels! It’s why we powerlift! 🤣🤣🤣My coach once told me in the middle of doing a deadlift with 3 plates I looked like an angry mouse!! As he laughed at me! 🤣I somehow got the lift! Cracked up! My facial I’m sure while lifting heavy is not pleasant looking. And we don’t have to wear heels in powerlifting unless is squat shoes!
