Okay we are getting into it now 😂 lots of carbs have been cut due to my weight not going down…. Currently weigh 163 as of this smorning. So I guess the hard cut of carbs is working! 😳
Meal 1
2 whole eggs
1/2cup egg whites
4oz ground turkey
Peppers & mushrooms
30 ml sugar free ketchup

Meal 4 (this meal is cut out on non training days)

@Kindafitkindafat cutting carbs is the right move
i see you have cereal with whey post, add some fiber to it
and I would add 2 tbps of psyllium husk daily in this diet
 
Welp I got my suit today…. Let’s just say on my current physique right now it is scary to look at on! 😂 they don’t cover much!
Also started working a little bit on the posing routine it’s going to be one of the hardest things for me besides the diet as I’m a bit of a stiff person not flowy what so ever 😂

Tonight’s workout:
Seated military press 4x12 75Ibs
A1. Cable front raise 3 x fail 1.40reps 2.50reps 3.60reps
A2. Pushups on a incline 3x Amrap (matched reps to A1)
Side lateral (drop set) 4x 60 15,12,10,8,5,band
Face pulls (drop set) 3x30 85,75,65,55,50
Slide presses 3x10 77.5Ibs
Cardio 30mins 10 incline 3.5 speed
Posing 20mins

Nice job getting diff protein sources!! Do you used fresh or canned salmon. Only ask cuz farmed fish is not a great source for fish. I know it’s spendy but Wild caught seafood is sooo much healthier. How is your hunger with cutting carbs? I find it’s easier after a few days. Body gets used to it. Getting higher fiber helps feel fuller longer too. Did I miss the date for show you’re planning to do? Keep it up! 💪🌸
 
I'm sure I mentioned this already but I want to make sure at any condiments you're using like in this hot sauce are good quality

I would scan it with the yuka app. gotta remember with food even if it's the most healthier thing ever you can ruin it with these condiments

just like how people eat salad and then drench it with dressing and then ruin the whole thing

I use fresh wild caught salmon!! After a week of being on the no carbs I still feel pretty hungry! I have a pretty big sweet tooth so it’s been a challenge! But I’m finding if I make one of my protein shakes into ice cream with my creami
(water, chocolate peanut butter flavoured whey and I sprinkle a few pieces of my cereal in it) it helps the cravings for sweet things! 😬

Well dang you were right! Scanned the hot sauce I’m using and came up as poor quality says it has to much sodium and is sweetened with sucralose. Guess I’ll be switching that out! Anyone have a yummy hot sauce??

I like Franks. Not sure carbs on it should be low it’s not sweet it’s hot tasty too not just heat like Tabasco.
