I don't trust fish out of a can high chance of food poisoning
Fresh or fresh frozen best as long as it’s not farmed shit! Cuz you may as well be eating shit cuz that’s what they are fed. It’s completely different diet than what sea life eats in wild, different nutritional content. Canned still better than farmed. But gotta watch out with tuna high mercury contents can be in canned.

last time I ate a fish out of a can I had food poisoning for three days
 
Well dang you were right! Scanned the hot sauce I’m using and came up as poor quality says it has to much sodium and is sweetened with sucralose. Guess I’ll be switching that out! Anyone have a yummy hot sauce??

Okay we are getting into it now 😂 lots of carbs have been cut due to my weight not going down…. Currently weigh 163 as of this smorning. So I guess the hard cut of carbs is working! 😳

Food is basically going to stay the exact same for the next few weeks give or take a few changes in veggie choices.
Meal 1

1/2cup egg whites
4oz ground turkey

40g whey
1/2 avocado
Post workout

Quick physique update
16 weeks out. Still working on my lat spread especially from the front I feel like it should be bigger. So any suggestions on how to do that would be appreciated! 😊

on the diet, post workout change cereal to oatmeal as you're close to show

please share training, 1 weeks out cardio should go up

monstro says hire a coach
or get someone to help videotape you so you can see your posing on video
 
many gyms have trainers that can help with this
pick one with experience though
