Bench froggers 1.2.2.1 4x12 BW
Cable kick backs 1.2.2.1 4x12 23Ibs
Seated ham curls 1.3.2.1 4x12 95Ibs
Seated single ham curls 1.2.1.1 3x12 35Ibs
Narrow smith machine squat(Quad focused) 4x15 160Ibs
Wide stance leg press 4x10 780Ibs
Cardio 30mins

After that I’m starting to paint my house! So it’ll be a busy Sunday for this girl! 😊
 
Yes!! Just as long as the legs stay with me as I lean out I’ll be very happy!!
I truly think they will. As you cut and learn to pose your back will appear a lot wider when the waist tightens

@Kindafitkindafat I would tan 1x/week light 10min or so each side light even 16 weeks out

last week went good for the most part. I’ve really been low on energy when it comes to my workouts so we added a few carbs to my diet on a few days this week, hopefully that helps! Came in at 159Ibs this week which is the lightest I’ve been in a few years! So I guess prep is headed in the right direction! 😬
Here’s my diet for the next couple of weeks! I’ve literally never eaten so many vegetables in my life! But I have to,to feel full! 🤤

Monday,Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Hot sauce and soya sauce eaten with pretty much every meal


Meal 1: 2 eggs, 1/2cup egg whites, mushrooms peppers,2oz ground turkey 30ml sugar free ketchup
Meal 2: 4oz ground turkey, vegetables, 1/2oz almonds
Meal 3: 4oz ground turkey, vegetables, 1/2 avocado
Meal 4: 40g whey
Post. Workout: 60g cereal, 30g whey
Meal 5: 5 oz salmon, vegetables
If I don’t workout one of those days Meal 5 is eliminated and obviously post workout snacks

Tuesday,Thursday, sunday

Meal 1: 3/4cup egg whites, vegetables, 2oz ground turkey
Meal 2: 4oz ground turkey, vegetables, apple
Meal 3: 4oz ground turkey, 4oz rice, vegetables
Meal 4: 40g whey, 2 tomato basil rice cakes
Post workout: 60g cereal, 30g whey
Meal 5: 5oz lean beef, vegetables
