Is that for the TB-500? I have my wife taking 1/2 vial twice per week on that stuff and on the bpc-157 I have her taking 250mcg twice daily. Seems to be helping alot on her shoulder. She is also a powerlifter and has similar lifts as yourself.

That husk is no more or less than what you might already be familiar with - fibre or roughage. It's just the preferred supplemental version.

Issues with so-called bodybuilding or athlete type diets include:
Millennial's not liking actual fruit and vegetables. In reality we ought to be eating for function. Not pleasure (although there are ways to make it nicer)
Rice, even the brown kind, lack a proper level of roughage and yet our diets can often be as simple as fish n rice, chicken n rice and so on. More so in comp prep (even a powerlifters)

Why do we want fibre or roughage?
It can slow down transit time
You can feel full on a diet (more on the powdered kind)
It cleans the gut (esp the gut wall)

5mg TB-500 twice per week is the recommended dose for athletes for a few weeks. BPC-157 you can do 175mcg twice daily and be fine but you will need to run it 8 weeks. We are only running it 4 weeks for my wife so wanted to be in the higher end. It seems to be working as she did Hammer Decline 230 for 8 reps with no pain.
 
Just watch hematocrit levels. TB-500 is great, but it greatly increases RBC production. That’s great for most people, but not for all people.

Trained legs tonight! One of my favourite body parts to train. Squats felt really heavy tonight. Deadlifts are my shins.
Got into the gym later then usual 8pm didn’t finish till 10pm so it was a late last meal which never goes over great because I can’t get to sleep after.

Workout
Squats 4x5. 270
3sec pause deads 3x5 240
Pin barbell good mornings 3x7 140
Hack squat 3x10. 300
*added 40g Intra carb powder + 5g creatine
*15min cardio treadmill 10incline 3.7speed pre workout, 10 post workout

Nutrition
Evening primrose oil, AOR liver+ thyroid support + maxmethyl, multivitamin, revive digest aid, vitamin D
3L water
Meal 1:
4slices turkey bacon
2 slices sprouted bread
1/2cup egg whites
2 eggs
1.5tbsp ketchup
Meal 2:
Wrap
Vegetables
4oz chicken
4oz rice
Meal 3: (pre-workout)
4oz chicken
Apple
30g protein shake
4oz frozen fruit
Meal 4: (post workout)
30g protein shake
100g cereal
Meal 5: (late 10pm)
8oz rice
4oz chicken
1tbsp tzatziki
Soya sauce

Honey Nut Cheerios are the bomb. I have to eat regular though as I am a fat fukk. Another really good one is Raisin Nut Bran.

k I just realized tonight that I’m going to need to start a new cycle on the 1st of October if I want to hit my powerlifting meet peak cycle. So I’m thinking a couple of small 6week cycles with 6 week PCT in between ? Starting at 25mg primo every third day and 10mg of Anavar daily.. thoughts?
 
Everybody loves cereal. But cereal doesn't love your body.

Try and find something more healthy to eat on a consistent basis

@Kindafitkindafat intra carbs in the workout not needed, max you can do is drink a protein shake, dont make your body carb dependent to push hard

on the diet pretty clean but lacking omega 3 fats like fish oil please add omega 3 fats to it

@Kindafitkindafat october 1 new cycle, 6 weeks is fine but 25mgs of primobolan is too much imo.

Interesting before we go on, have you used primobolan before? and at what dose?

on the anavar front, I suggest 5mgs ed for 2 weeks before you push forward with it.

and did you roidtest your anavar primobolan? IMPORTANT all women should roidtest their gear due to possibility of sides

I’m currently taking AOR liver and thyroid support, AOR maxmethyl, evening primrose oil, magnesium, Vitamin D, Multi and a revive digest aid. Also creatine and glutamine.

Interesting before we go on, have you used primobolan before? and at what dose?
No I’ve never used primo before I’ve done 3 10-12 week Anavar cycles. 1st cycle was 5mg 2nd cycle was 15mg and 3rd cycle was 30mg. I’ve currently been off everything for 7weeks.

did you roidtest your anavar primobolan?
No I haven’t I’m not sure how to go about doing that?
