Went to a posing clinic today which was great iFinn pro Nicki was teaching it. Learnt some really helpful tips and it was nice to see what all the other girls looked like!
That being said because of that I was up early so I could workout before hand so my whole day of meals was a little wonky!
Leg day
Abductor 1.3.1.1 4x20 155Ibs
Adductor 1.3.1.1 4x20 120Ibs

Split squat front foot elevated 4x12 25Ibs
Cable leg press 4x10x10x10x10 drop 240,220,200,140

Posing clinic 1.5hours
Cardio 40mins incline 10 speed 3.5 (quads were cramping so bad)
Legs are sooo tired and done!

Meal 1: 2 eggs, 1/2cup whites, 5oz ground turkey, 30ml sugar free ketchup
Post workout: 3oz turkey, 6oz rice
Meal 2: 5oz ground Turkey, vegetables
Meal 3: 5os ground turkey, veggies
Meal 4: 5oz ground turkey, veggies

yes! Posing is going to be top priority moving forward! Posing is definitely the most difficult thing to do!
