Guys I’m still here grinding away! 2weeks to go! I’m starting to get alittle stressed about not coming in lean enough… my legs are taking there sweet time… sigh
Today I got a refeed which was nice before my food gets completely slashed!
Meals1-5
3oz white fish
4oz white rice
Asparagus and cucumbers only mustard or hot sauce as condiments and 5L of water.
Meals for the next week will be this:
Meal 1: 1cup egg whites
Meal 2-5: 3oz white fish
And on training days a extra meal of 4oz white fish
As for vegetables I’m limited to only cucumbers and asparagus and only hot sauce and mustard as condiments!
Training has really taken a hit in the last week or so I’m feeling extremely tired and I’ve had to drop a lot of weight.
Cardio has gone up…

1hr fasted AM treadmill incline walking. Incline of 9 and speed 3.8 roughly burning 600cal
PM cardio is the same (obviously not fasted) 1 hr treadmill incline walking. Incline 9 and speed 3.8. Also burning 600cal.
