😂 I’m a terrible cook! I literally just cook it in the oven with some Cajun seasoning on it since it has to be pretty plain for my diet!

Woke up did an hour of fasted cardio on the treadmill. Then went to a all day posing clinic for both physique and figure also tried out the bodybuilding class… it went better then expected 😂 then finished the day with more cardio 1 hr on the treadmill and boy by the time I got home I was toast went to bed at 730pm 😂

No with my schedule and trying to get everything in especially on days that I also workout I usually only get about 6hrs. Because I’m only 2 weeks out from my show my gym days are becoming less so I’m hoping to catch up on my sleep!

Slow seasons work wise I can alway get 8-8.5hrs and that’s when I feel my best!
 
Okay! I’ll give that a try next time! I’m basically going to pull primo on Monday and then be off of it for 10-12 weeks I’m thinking? And no my coach gave it to me?? How do I test it?
@Kindafitkindafat to test you'd need a roidtest kit or check the AU sources we got, they got gear testing
sometimes girls think they got primo but its testosterone etc
so I would either get it from AU source we got here or I would just cut the dose to be safe

the sides its high, you have to cut it now so it doesnt get worse

Okay thanks I’ll look into it! That’s what I think happened with my first bag of clen. I’m pretty sure I got a dud pack as I didn’t feel any jitters or my heart rate didn’t spike and I was taking 100mg. I ran out got another bag and I took my regular dosage of 100mg and I thought I was having a heart attack. So we instantly cut back to 25mg on it and I felt way better

honestly I suggest you source your own gear
keep the trainer sure if you must but always source your own gear especially EVO is huge and have AU trusted guys
 
Guys I’m still here grinding away! 2weeks to go! I’m starting to get alittle stressed about not coming in lean enough… my legs are taking there sweet time… sigh
Today I got a refeed which was nice before my food gets completely slashed!
Meals1-5
3oz white fish
4oz white rice
Asparagus and cucumbers only mustard or hot sauce as condiments and 5L of water.
Meals for the next week will be this:
Meal 1: 1cup egg whites
Meal 2-5: 3oz white fish
And on training days a extra meal of 4oz white fish
As for vegetables I’m limited to only cucumbers and asparagus and only hot sauce and mustard as condiments!
Training has really taken a hit in the last week or so I’m feeling extremely tired and I’ve had to drop a lot of weight.
Cardio has gone up… 🙄 1hr fasted AM treadmill incline walking. Incline of 9 and speed 3.8 roughly burning 600cal
PM cardio is the same (obviously not fasted) 1 hr treadmill incline walking. Incline 9 and speed 3.8. Also burning 600cal.
