on the almond butter, yes you can do that but walnut butter much better, better omega 3:6 ratios, not even comparable.

Got a really good leg day in yesterday! We are on a stand still at work due to the rain so that means I’m getting in to the gym! And man am I sore!

High box BB back squat 4x12 275Ibs
Bulgarians 4x20 35Ibs KB
Reverse lunges smith machine 4x12/ 15Ibs per side
Plate loaded squat press( never done these before kind of love them) 4x12 430Ibs
Lying ham curls 4sec hold🥵 4x12 50Ibs
Cross behind kickbacks 3x20/ 15Ibs

Cardio Pre workout 10mins
I think I’ll manage to get into the gym again tonight for cardio and an arm day! But for now I will be renovating my basement and putting up dry wall! Wish me luck 🍀 😂

So you finally found out about the squat press machine. Glad u like it. It's our go too when we don't squat. Very smooth and really activates every muscle in the legs.

Ya I did a drop in at a gym in the city last night and they had one and man you can really load those things up with some serious weight!

Yea I figure to double your 1 RM on a squat and do sets of 8-12.

good thoughts, its a positive fat but still not omega 3 rich, but healthy though @Kindafitkindafat

Well dry wall is all up and first coat of drywall mud is on the walls! I think it looks pretty good but I’m not a carpenter so 🤷🏽‍♀️😂 it took all weekend and my forearms are pumped from putting the mud up 😂 my arm workout tonight should go well 🙄 I still have a lot to do but It’s coming along and it’s a fun little project when I have some free time!
