4oz fruit
4 oz ground turkey
1/2 avocado
Meal 3:
4oz ground turkey
8oz rice
Meal 4:
4oz chicken
6oz yams
1/2 avocado
Meal 5:
30g protein
1/2cup almond milk
300ml water
4oz fruit
Food is in check for sure

on the IV therapy, you can do vitamin drip if you're sick but regular use not needed, oral bioavailability is just fine

Started a new cycle on October 1st
10mg anavar every day
25mg primo every 3rd day
Also still on the peptides BPC (daily) and TB (every 3 days). I think I’m starting to notice a difference with the peptides finally.

Also had shock wave and chiro today.

I was supposed to have that in my foot but luckily it resolved while my insurance was jerking me around. Can’t imagine that would have felt too good.
😂I couldn’t imagine getting it done on the foot.. no thank you…the shoulder hurts enough.
