Started a new cycle on October 1st
10mg anavar every day
25mg primo every 3rd day
Also still on the peptides BPC (daily) and TB (every 3 days). I think I’m starting to notice a difference with the peptides finally.

Also had shock wave and chiro today.

Meal 1:
4 slices turkey bacon
4oz yam hash browns
2 eggs
1/2cup egg whites
1tbsp sugar free ketchup
Meal 2: (pre workout)
2oz almonds
4oz fruit
4 oz ground turkey
1/2 avocado
Meal 3:
4oz ground turkey
8oz rice
Meal 4:
4oz chicken
6oz yams
1/2 avocado
Meal 5:
30g protein
1/2cup almond milk
300ml water
4oz fruit
Post workout
30g protein w/water
100g cereal

Sumo Deadlifts 4x4 310-315
Conventional 2inch block pulls 3x6 275
Pin squats 1.2.1 3x6 245
Cardio 15mins treadmill 12 incline 3.6 speed

i do something similar to this on my own.. gua sha is what they call it in Chinese medicine
you can buy tools on ebay and do it at home. it really helps break up the scar tissue and get the blood flowing.. initially it hurts but once the bruising goes away you feel a lot better

I used to go to an acupuncture place they used to do that to me too
 
Do you ever do cupping as well?
 
the blood will get flowing but it's not going to cure a shoulder that has damaged structurally
 
my grandpa used to do those things in Portugal he never went to a doctor once and he lived a hundred years
