Hi, everyone after a couple months on cruise my bloods are looking great and ready to begin the off season. I have massively fell of with diet on cruise the last 4-5 weeks and gained alot of fat back due to dropping to cruise dose, coming off clen and t3 and going straight back upto maintenance calories with no reverse diet iv expectedly gained 25lbs over my lowest weight on cut (very stringy drawn out though). As soon as i went back upto maintenance i gained 10lbs of glycogen and water but was just as lean and way more full but iv gained probably 10lbs of fat back and a few more lbs of water so i need to shift that fast and begin the growth phase with a good reverse diet.
