Approved Log Pre-Cycle Log - Recommendation/review on my (planned) micro dosing cycle.

Steak and eggs lunch (Only had 1 toast and a bit of potatoes)

Legs workout today:

Leg extensions: 1x9 2x12 1x10 160lbs
Hack squats: 3x8 180lbs on the machine
Leg press: 3x8 450lbs on the machine
Leg press calves extensions: 3x21 270lbs on the machine
Seated calves raises: 3x21 55lbs on the machine
Lying leg curls: 3x10 185lbs
Seated leg curls: 1x12 150lbs, 2x12 160lbs (last two reps were partials)

Seated Ab crunches 3x33 + 1

Felt super tired today cause of the work week and the gloomy cold weather. Didn't get as much done and didn't feel like i was that active.
 
Yeah, thats a poor choice on my part for sure as this was a conscious decision... I should have left the potatoes and that bread just like i left the ketchup and those sugary dips.
That will keep you out of ketosis, probably the reason you're not in ketosis. But we will get there 1 step at a time as a big EVO family. we support you :D

Very good leg day, strong leg press!
This is much closer to keto ratios lets do that a few days.
 
Chill day today:
breakfast was just some husk in my shaker and then for lunch I had beef with some sour cream. didn't take a picture.

Below is my dinner: Airfried chicken wings (skin on) with yogurt.

i would not do that yet, you're eating outside of plan too much , you wont be able to cut down like this

I ended up doing alot of stuff around the house today.
Only had chicken.

Funny how I was looking forward to it for tomorrow lol

Super tired. gotta get sleep so I can wake up for work tomorrow.
 
I felt like changing up my workout schedule so it was a back workout today:

Assisted pullups machine was hogged up my a romantically awkward couple who wouldn't give it up so I moved on.
Bent over barbell rows: 2x10 135lbs 2x10 155lbs 1x12 155lbs
Dumbbell rows: 2x10 1x12 75lbs each side
Cable pulldowns: 2x10 170 lbs 1x10 187lbs
Seated wide cable rows: 3x10 187lbs

Treadmill: 15 mins. 1st 10 mins were 6 incline 3 speed ending 5 were 7 incline 3 speed.

Felt super strong all through the workout today even thou was tired n busy at work and the past weekend.
In addition to this, my kickboxing session today was good as well - core exercises and movements combined with alot of low intensity cardio.

My lunch was only my protein shake. Busy days so couldn't take a picture of my shaker cup at the time 😂

Home now and munching on beef - and drinking the husk water. Will get some Almonds and walnuts in.

Forgot to post macros for yesterday, slept early.

Brought some nuts with me today so will be munching on those for the morning and then after jujitsu I will eat my lunch.

Lunch was 300 grams of chicken (ALOT of hot sauce 0 sugar barely 10 calories) with some veggies.
