the wings in the dinner are with what sauce bro? or is that just sugar free ketchup they cooked in
thats fine on the fiber part no issues
Wings were cooked in 150 grams of nashville hot sauce. Total 3gram carbs and 22 calories 1gram/100 gram sugar from the sauce. Already accounted for in the wings calorie counter. They were tossed in the sauce and just airfried
The ketchup on the side was just 1 tb spoon of sugerfree heinz.

I just realized... I have had no food/calories in and it's been 22 hours...

Now i am thinking if i should just pass up on food and eat tomorrow morning, make it a 36-40 hour water fast...

I started feeling lethargic and hungry...

I had some chicken cooked in crushed tomatoes and yogurt with oliveoil. had my husk in water as well.

That's 23 gram carbs from Husk, 5 from Yogurt, 4 from spices and 4 from tomatoes. I am all out of walnuts or I would have had 50 grams of those.

also you ever try semaglutide or other GLP-1 peptides?
 
@zucchini 25 hours is OMAD very good start to fasting bro
but semaglutide can help you control your appetite, you have cravings issues?
I really do not think I would have a problem with OMAD - I have done it in the past, I have done 4-20 intermittent fasting where I'd have about 150 protein, 90-110 carbs and 50 fat, did it for a month and lost 7kgs.
The only cravings I ever have are on the weekends or if I've had clean food for over 7-10 days straight, for icecream and saucy fast food...
I am also pretty sure I cannot get semaglutide over the counter here in Canada and doctors are just a bunch of pussies

We can experiment with OMAD no problem... But thinking if it'd be a good idea to try it from the beginning of next month? since what we are on is currently working and i don't want to leave it in the middle?
Also, if I do OMAD, what should my macros look like? Carbs good with it, or it still have to be clean clean protein and fat only?

Legs workout today:

Leg extensions: 3x10 160lbs 2x10 170lbs
Hack squats: 2x8 1x10 180lbs on the machine
Leg press: 3x10 450lbs on the machine
Leg press calves extensions: 3x21 270lbs on the machine
Seated calves raises: 3x21 60lbs on the machine
Lying leg curls: 3x10 185lbs
Seated leg curls: 3x12 150lbs

Seated Ab crunches 3x33 + 1
