Approved Log Pre-Cycle Log - Recommendation/review on my (planned) micro dosing cycle.

Arms today:

Treadmill 3 speed 3 incline 20 mins.

Biceps:
DumbbelI Hammer Curls: 3x20 45lbs dumbbells
Preacher Ez Curls: 1x10 2x12 70lbs
Incline Dumbbell Curls:3x8 30lbs dumbbells (this is getting tougher especially on no food).
Bayesian curls 3x10 25lbs each side

Triceps:
Close-Grip Bench Press: 2x10 155lbs 1x10 165lbs
Tricep pushdowns 3x12 80lbs
Overhead Triceps Cable Ext 3x12 80lbs
Skull Crushers: 2x10 1x8 90lbs

Forearms:
Wrist curls 3x12 40lbs
Rev Wrist curls 3x10 40lbs

Treadmill 15 mins 3 speed 0-5 incline

Keto test no food been 24 hours so far. I might just be able to hold out.

I didn't have time to cook/eat anything today. Chicken was frozen and I had to get to work... I HAVE to go jujitsu in my lunch break as I need to know a bunch of things we are working on so can't go to eat. Hopefully I don't feel too shitty and can actually survive till I get home and then cook and eat...

Am I still eating No/Low carbs today?

No training today and will munch on nuts at night along with 20 grams of husk (for fiber), below would be final nutrition.

Yes sir! beef is definitely a quick, easy and a nutritious meal! I wish I could add some potatoes and have it with flat bread!

yes stay low carbs after you get out of fasting but not high fats slowly get food into it
dont add potatoes or bread, stay high fat and protein so you in ketosis

I just put 700 grams of boneless chicken after seasoning in the air fryer. I will do around 150 fats and 150 protein give or take a few.

Here's the keto test at the 47th fasting hour:

be careful when breaking a fast with spices.

i always recommend breaking a fast with something light and easy to digest.. single ingredient foods

also you don't feel shitty when fasting man, once you pass day 3 you feel euphoric.

Thanks for the advice man. I made sure I was melo on the spices. Didn't want to do too much of anything as I have been on the receiving end of the feeling you mentioned.

I am just munching on almonds now for the next bit with I watch a movie or something. Below is the final nutrition:

Above is the food I am now eating after fasting for 47 hours and 15 mins. Food is air fried chicken - seasoning batter was just seasoning salts and eggs with mayo to make it a coat.
Sauces are all 110% sugar free.
if you break a fast better with a soup veggie soup wait 2 hours and eat the chicken but try no seasoning 1st time bro wait 2 hours and after start eating more slowly introduce food @zucchini

97 kg is a good weight to start off, we want to see you down to 90kgs bro @zucchini

So, a fun fact about me. I was born in a house where spices were kind of a staple... I still cannot wrap my head around foods without or with low spices. I am pretty sure I will not have any euphoric with the spice I put it - it was still a bit less for my taste :P but if something happens, i'll let you guys says, "we told you so!" HAHAHA

And yes, I myself want to get down as much as I can bro!

its only no spices during the 1st meal of the refeed bro rest you can do spices again ;) @zucchini
 
keto numbers are lowish but still got ketones.

it has no bearing on the amount of pee you have. It's either there or it's not.
 
Even if you have a drop of Pee, it would come out very high read if you were in a deep ketosis.
 
if you fast minimum 24-30 hours you will piss deep red ketones.
that is something you should do and then go back to diet and see if your ketones stay high
 
all it takes is eating 1 wrong thing or wrong ingredient in your food to kick you out of ketosis.

its gonna take some trial and error
