Approved Log Pre-Cycle Log - Recommendation/review on my (planned) micro dosing cycle.

I didn't check today but I should still be in Keto.
Below is the workout today:

Kickboxing: 9 bag rounds

Arms today:
Treadmill 3 speed 3 incline 20 mins.

Biceps:
DumbbelI Hammer Curls: 3x20 45lbs dumbbells
Preacher Ez Curls: 1x12 1x11 1x8 70lbs
Incline Dumbbell Curls:2x10 1x12 25lbs dumbbells.
Bayesian curls 3x12 25lbs each side

Triceps:
Tricep pushdowns 3x12 80lbs
Overhead Triceps Cable Ext 3x12 80lbs
Close-Grip Bench Press: 2x10 155lbs 1x9 165lbs
Skull Crushers: 3x10 90lbs

Forearms:
Wrist curls 3x12 50lbs
Rev Wrist curls 3x10 50lbs

Treadmill 15 mins 3 speed

I am excited to start using the BPC and TB but I want someone to guide me EXACTLY HOW! Should I put BAC water in it? regular water? how much? How much to inject? inject with an insulin syringe in fat? or where?

I also want to start injecting 0.5ml of this CYP every 4th day just to ease into it before we do something big later on.
BTW Thanks @pur-pharma-canada for the CYP!

Should I ad 5ml BAC water or (Distilled water??) to make a 1ml/ml solution for BPC157 and then start injecting 0.25ml every day in my delt (SUBCUTANIOUSLY), for 20 days? Is this good or should I do it differently?

What about tb500?

I will start injecting 0.5ml test from tomorrow night and keep doing that every 4th day.
 
Had a free lunch day at work today - it was burgers and sausage so I got two beef sausages, 3 beef burgers with tomatoes and lettuce (no bun and a spoon of BBQ sauce). Super good stuff all grilled in the office! Picture is after I ate one sausage and 1 patty:

P.S. no kickboxing today cause the wrist and shoulder has been acting up after yesterday's jujitsu and chest workout.

you should inject sub Q around the injury bro or as close as you can get

Hey man.

So i have increased cardio to a total of 40 mins a day in addition to my kickboxing and jujitsu. On last Sunday i went in and did an hour of cardio. Today with legs I'll only have 30 mins cardio total.

I gkt the BAC water, i just wasn't sure with mixing but found the help i needed. Will mix tonight and inject in my right delt since injury in in right shoulder, lower right back and left wrist/forearm.

I'll inject 250mcg bcp157 everyday.

Is tb500 2mg per day? I only had a total of 5mg of tb 500.

Legs workout:

Leg extensions: 160lbs 3x12
Hack squats: 3x10 180lbs on the machine
Leg press: 3x8 450lbs on the machine (really wanted to hit another set of 8 since i didn't do atleast 10 for 3 here but also didn't want to stress my back and knee since it's been performing better).
Leg press calves extensions: 3x21 270lbs on the machine
Seated calves raises: 3x21 70lbs on the machine
Lying leg curls: 2x12 165lbs 1x10 175lbs
Seated leg curls: 2x10 150lbs 1x6 160lbs [I failed :cry: ]

60 reps in 2 sets lying abs crunches.
40 reps in 2 sets lying leg raises.

Treadmill 30 mins 3 speed 0-5 incline.


Just pinned a 250mcg of BPC157 and a 1000mcg of TB500 and a 0.5ml of Cyp (250mg/ml)
I will keep on pinning 250mcg BPC everyday, 1000mcg TB every other day, and 0.5ml Cyp every 4th day.

Is tb500 2mg per day? I only had a total of 5mg of tb 500.

2-3x a week on the tb500.

go higher the first couple weeks then gradually lower the dose. but give it a solid 3 months to work
 
Peptides are very, very fragile. So you want to make sure you're very careful.
Don't shake the vial After you put in the bac water

Make sure when you mix in the bac water you are CAREFUL.

Sort of want to dribble it in, you don't want to squirt it in fast.
So, I didn't shake any of the vials but the water got sucked into the vial as soon as I put the syringe in... Now I am worried if my peptides are ruined :(

Yeah It looks like I would have to order more TB
i would front load the tb500. do 10mgs the first week then you can gradually lower it as time goes on It. So you get to a maintenance dose.

Your ketones are gonna fluctuate up and down, just depends on what you eat and how long you're fasting.
