Approved Log Pre-Cycle Log - Recommendation/review on my (planned) micro dosing cycle.

It's been exactly 2 weeks since I have been pinning and I can see the difference. it has definitely accelerated my recovery and I don't feel as much pain even when going thru an excruciating jujitsu or a weights session.
Dude that stuff is no joke, i know exactly how you feel! Anytime something nags me i hit it with bpc and with in a few hours or few days its gone.

Just don't go through excruciating workouts while you have injuries. That's going to be something you have to learn over time.

Yes sir, at 1st I though it was either just placebo or bpc and tb somehow just numbed the pain but no, they actually did the work.
Remind me why a 1/2ml of cyp
1/2ml cpy is just to aid in recovery and help in getting my test level to up to 800+ ng/dl.

Test levels in December 2024 were 377 ng/dl and then in March they were 470 ng/dl all natural increase with the help of getting my diet and workouts better. but I wanted to get cyp in so I can heal a bit better.

Thankyou both! I am giving it my all! and I think I am at a point now where I can change/decide on exercises on the fly for the muscles I want to work on and reach an optimal set/rep range for myself.
Make sure you cut off the Char from the meat that is carcinogenic

I like bpc. It really helps on certain things.

True, for my injuries, they are mostly ligament/tendon related so I think it is helping.
Just don't go through excruciating workouts while you have injuries. That's going to be something you have to learn over time.
I always ease off on the weights or the reps if I feel like something is bothering me a bit too much. Cause of low food intake as well, I am not as strong but I am at it.
I would take a break if you keep having problems with injuries.

Maybe go do yoga for a couple months.
For now I am doing good. I already eased off on hard hits in kickboxing and am usually flow rolling for jujitsu at open mats while not really trying to up the weights on pushing movements that might worsen my injuries, but if I ever feel like there's a day I am not doing as good. I ease off.

haha yeah, I thought my leg day was mediocre, but then everyone here told me it's a super volume big boy leg day and I love it! I have seen some good growth in my legs since I started doing leg day this way.

I would say it was above trace at small. but no worries, I am at 14th hour of 48 hour calorie deficit. we will get back there by dawn tomorrow. I will test before I come to work tomorrow and will test again when I am home after work and gym tomorrow.

Just have a kickboxing workout today and will get 40-60 mins on the treadmill today as well but no weights.

For legs you need to go slow, spend that time with cardio instead.

I feel like if I slow down on my legs, they won't grow as much in strength or in size. A few times when I have lowered the volume or cut an exercise here and there, I just feel like I didn't even work atall.

So these tortillas taste better than any other fiber tortilla I have tired in the past, only downside is they are small and it's hard to get everything in them.

Instead of kickboxing, I went up rolling/jujitsu rounds with the guys, 1 hour with on and off rounds. went for a total of 9 rounds of 5 minutes and it was all go.
I was sweating like a pig! wet shirt!

Got out of work a bit earlier, got 45 mins of cardio done, 3 speed with 0-5 incline varying. no food today and tomorrow we either hit back or shoulders!
