Approved Log Pre-Cycle Log - Recommendation/review on my (planned) micro dosing cycle.

Arms today:
Treadmill 3 speed 25 mins.

Biceps:
Dumbbell alt Hammer Curls: 3x26 45lbs dumbbells solid reps
Preacher EZ bar Curls: 1x12 2x10 70lbs
Incline dumbbell curls: 1x12 2x10 30lbs
Bayesian curls: 3x10 25lbs each side

Triceps:
Tricep pushdowns 3x12 85lbs
Overhead Triceps Cable Ext 3x12 85lbs
One arm cable pushdowns: 3x12 25lbs
Overhead single arm dumbbell extensions: 3x10 25lbs each side

Forearms:
Wrist curls 3x15 50lbs supersetted with Rev Wrist curls 3x10 50lbs

Treadmill 25 mins 3 speed


Felt okay about 3 hours in the day, went kickboxing and the later weights.
No food today.

Didn't have much time to post today. Will post tomorrow.

I wasn't coughing up any mucus so I was pretty sure I won't spread anything. and yesterday after waking up I felt better so it was good. Feel like 90% recovered now.

I kept it a bit lax today. Felt tired, so didn't want to beat myself up alot.
20 mins treadmill 3 speed

Hack squats: 3x8 180lbs on the machine
Leg press: 3x8 450lbs on the machine.
Leg press calves extensions: 3x21 270lbs on the machine
Seated calves raises: 3x21 70lbs on the machine
Seated leg curls: 3x10 130lbs
Lying leg curls: 3x10 170lbs

20 mins treadmill 3 speed, varying incline.

Came home to make a ton of food:

Seated dumbbell press 3x10 60lbs dumbbells
Standing side lateral raises 3x12 30lbs dumbbells (more reps than last time)
Wide ez bar upright rows 3x10 80lbs (more weight than last time)
Dual cable rear flyes 3x12 25lbs each side
Rear delt fly machine 3x12 140lbs (last two reps on last 2 sets were partials)

Shoulder still bothers me a bit but during my 1st few sets then it kindda settles. I can feel that BPC has made it ALOT better. Waiting for my food to be done.

It's promising to hear the BPC is helping with the shoulder discomfort. what dose are you up to now?

ha! I got busy in playing video game tournaments with friends. ate chicken and almonds.

Woke up super late and had 4 eggs with a tortilla.

Off to the gym now.

Won a few games, lost the tourney. Fucking sweats play those games day and night, we casuals cannot compete with them lol
Friday Back workout

Treadmill: 25 mins 3 speed 10 mins 0 incline 15 mins 3 incline

Pullups (slight assist): 3x10
Bent over barbell rows: 3x10 155lbs
Dumbbell rows: 3x12 75lb dumbbells
Meadows rows: 3x12 70lbs on the platform.
Seated narrow cable rows: 3x12 187lbs
Wide grip pulldowns: 3x10 170lbs

Treadmill: 25 mins 3 speed (10 mins 3 incline 15 mins 0 incline)

Super solid reps. Will go to 12 reps next time on the exercises i had 10. Felt amazing throughout the workout and was able to do a total of 6 exercises rather than the usual 5 i do. I was well rested as well. Checked my keto, lost it. I think it's cause of higher protein as you guys have said before and the weight hasn't gone below 97kg stably yet.
I have to say thou, more protein definitely makes me feels good, energetic and powerful throughout the workouts.
I am going on a 48 hour fast again, will not have any more food today or tomorrow, but on Monday, will post keto and weight then again.

Will get fiber in before sleeping
