Friday Back workout
Treadmill: 25 mins 3 speed 10 mins 0 incline 15 mins 3 incline
Pullups (slight assist): 3x10
Bent over barbell rows: 3x10 155lbs
Dumbbell rows: 3x12 75lb dumbbells
Meadows rows: 3x12 70lbs on the platform.
Seated narrow cable rows: 3x12 187lbs
Wide grip pulldowns: 3x10 170lbs

Super solid reps. Will go to 12 reps next time on the exercises i had 10. Felt amazing throughout the workout and was able to do a total of 6 exercises rather than the usual 5 i do. I was well rested as well. Checked my keto, lost it. I think it's cause of higher protein as you guys have said before and the weight hasn't gone below 97kg stably yet.
I have to say thou, more protein definitely makes me feels good, energetic and powerful throughout the workouts.
I am going on a 48 hour fast again, will not have any more food today or tomorrow, but on Monday, will post keto and weight then again.
Will get fiber in before sleeping
