I will go to 2 tb spoons from tonight.

Chicken thighs are good, i like em when they are seasoned good like in the picture.

Bro I just came home from gym and grocery, brought some beef steaks so will cook them tomorrow. eating the left over chicken I have today.

Workout today:
Legs workout:

25 mins treadmill 3 speed

Leg extensions: 3x15 140lbs
Hack squats: 3x10 180lbs on the machine
Leg press: 3x10 450lbs on the machine.
Leg press calves extensions: 3x21 270lbs on the machine
Seated calves raises: 3x21 70lbs on the machine
Lying leg curls: 6x10 170lbs (seated curls wasn't free and the other was broken so i doubled the lying leg curls)

15 mins treadmill 3 speed, varying incline. (I was tired and legs were done so less cardio today)

FOOD (Boneless chicken and yogurt):

Incline dumbbell curls: 3x12 30lbs good reps

Overhead Triceps Cable Ext 3x12 85lbs

Wrist curls 3x15 50lbs supersetted with Rev Wrist curls 3x10 50lbs

Thanks brother! I am trying to workout at the intensity and level I used to back in my 20s, still got a ways to go but giving it my all for sure.

Yeah, they are cheap especially. I wonder what will happen if I someone try and put them on a grill in the summer rather than in an airfryer like i usually do.
