YEah man i have been pushing it alot but fucking cardio bro. Right now i am doing 25 mins pre and 25 mins post workout in addition to my kickboxing and jujitsu 4 times a week. Any more cardio and I'll die. I think of nothing but rice and bread and pizza and cake and ice cream when i am on the fucking treadmill
Shoulders:
Treadmill: 25 mins 3 speed
Seated machine press 4x10 110lbs (could've done more weight but haven't used this machine in a while so thought its wise to keep it light)
Seated machine lateral raises 3x10 50lbs (same idea as the 1st exercise)
Wide ez bar upright rows 3x10 80lbs
Dual cable rear flyes 6x12 25lbs each side
Treadmill 25 mins 3 speed mixed incline
I doubled up some exercises and changed some cause the gym was extremely busy today and i changed stuff like i always do to accommodate my workout.
