Approved Log Pre-Cycle Log - Recommendation/review on my (planned) micro dosing cycle.

Arms today:
Treadmill 3 speed 25 mins.

Biceps:
Dumbbell alt Hammer Curls: 3x26 45lbs dumbbells
Incline dumbbell curls: 3x12 30lbs good reps
Bayesian curls: 3x10 25lbs each side

Triceps:
Tricep pushdowns 2x15 1x12 85lbs
Overhead Triceps Cable Ext 3x12 85lbs
Overhead single arm dumbbell extensions: 3x10 25lbs each side

Forearms:
Wrist curls 3x15 50lbs supersetted with Rev Wrist curls 3x10 50lbs

Treadmill 25 mins 3 speed

Food after workout:
Skin on chicken thighs with yogurt

Damn lucky bro! It was a luxury back home I took for granted, meat, dairy, was always fresh and if you wakeup early enough, you can even go and see the slaughtering and choose the animal you want meat from!

Yeah, they are cheap especially. I wonder what will happen if I someone try and put them on a grill in the summer rather than in an airfryer like i usually do.

you need to really dig deep with cardio now and get more going @zucchini
YEah man i have been pushing it alot but fucking cardio bro. Right now i am doing 25 mins pre and 25 mins post workout in addition to my kickboxing and jujitsu 4 times a week. Any more cardio and I'll die. I think of nothing but rice and bread and pizza and cake and ice cream when i am on the fucking treadmill 🤣

Shoulders:

Treadmill: 25 mins 3 speed

Seated machine press 4x10 110lbs (could've done more weight but haven't used this machine in a while so thought its wise to keep it light)
Seated machine lateral raises 3x10 50lbs (same idea as the 1st exercise)
Wide ez bar upright rows 3x10 80lbs
Dual cable rear flyes 6x12 25lbs each side

Treadmill 25 mins 3 speed mixed incline

I doubled up some exercises and changed some cause the gym was extremely busy today and i changed stuff like i always do to accommodate my workout.

Everyone hates cardio but this is the key to getting you lean.
Ketogenic diet with cardio should use a ton of fat for energy during the cardio time. :D @zucchini

@zucchini bro we stop doing dairy while back, but yeah we been cattle ranching for 600 years. when they legalize pot we ready too, ranch gonna be worth over a brillion cause we got 350 acres.. bodymonster gonna be rich lolz will fly entire evo family in for party

after eating eggs I was still hungry, wanted to eat some cottage cheese but opted for nuts. woke up hungry, at work right now, still hungry. Slept in my car for the lunch break since no jujitsu/KB today. Will go to the gym right after work and then cook some beef. Yes, I will be hungry all thru the day.
