Approved Log Pre-Cycle Log - Recommendation/review on my (planned) micro dosing cycle.

@zucchini bro yes good feeling. but problem is we get hit with tornadoes a lot.
not sure if they got them where you live in Austria. texas twisters are dangerous. we call them 'dead man walking'.. in native culture if you see it mean you gonna die.
few years back tornado wiped out trailer picked it up and threw it 200 yards. luckily wife is so fat she cushioned fall.

Hahahaha man that wife comment made me laugh. I have been to the US only once and i was in Austin Texas (would love to go again) most of the time.
Here in Canada we get em alot too especially near the prairies but i haven't witnessed one for myself yet.
 
Friday Back workout

Treadmill: 25 mins 3 speed varying incline

Bent over barbell rows: 1x10 2x12 155lbs (last two reps were probably shit)
Dumbbell rows: 3x12 75lb dumbbells
Seated narrow cable rows: 3x12 187lbs
Wide grip pulldowns: 3x12 170lbs
Pullups: 1x8 with slight assist 2x6 no assist. (I am happy i can finally do some pullups again, i know six isn't anything to write home about as in my peak i could do 15 or so - hopefully I'll get there soon).

Treadmill: 25 mins 3 speed varying incline (on the treadmill as i post this)

Gonna drive home when this bitch of a cardio and then head home to cook ground beef and devour some! Will be an off day tomorrow. But a lady from jujitsu invited me to go to hot yoga with her, will be my 1st time so lets see how that goes.
 
Cooked a bunch of ground beef in clarified butter with crushed tomatoes and some seasoning.

Yoga was a bit hard but relaxing at the same time. heartrate went super high up as I could feel it going fast too!
This is a great keto level for you, stay here. You need to make sure to get the electrolytes in.

haha bro if I come to the states again, which could be this year, I will let ya know. Maybe we can take care of some pests or better yet, hunt a deer and smoke the meat!

Treadmill 25 mins 3 speed.

Barbell bench press 1x12 135 1x12 155 (both warmups) 1x10 1x8 185lbs (working sets)
Decline barbell press 3x10 185lbs
Machine press 1x10 2x7 130lbs
Pec dec 3x8 180lbs
Cable flyes 3x10 40lbs each side (last 2 reps on all 3 sets were partials)

Great pumps today!

Followed by jujitsu sparring/rolls for an hour

We have already talked about why i am not able to lift more cause of depletion of glycogen but I've figured out that i have more of problem (shoulders) when i am pushing weight straight up, either at a flat bench or at a seated machine press or if i am pressing up the nipple line towards the head (incline barbell press) i dont have alot of trouble pushing decline where i am pushing away from the chest a bit towards my lower body. Also on the pec dec, the strech and contraction of the right shoulder does get to me.
I think i will switch over to flat dumbbell presses and incline dumbbell presses and maybe even swap pec dec for cable flyes and do more of those since i already incorporate them in my workout, from the next time to work around my shoulder issues.

You're doing it right, push forward good mod above, but try to never forget fiber. @zucchini

Sorry i haven't posted for the past 2 days and been mia even today... Was just invested in some politica here in Canada and the outcome left me heartbroken and fucked my mood.
Really no energy to stay online right now.

But just wanted to take some time out n post that yesterday i did legs and a cardio and a big kickboxing session. Food was beef and that shitty keto tortia with shit for fiber but fiber. and today was an arms day.
Not feeling much.


Arms today:
Treadmill 3 speed 25 mins.

Biceps:
Dumbbell alt Hammer Curls: 3x26 45lbs dumbbells
Incline dumbbell curls: 3x12 30lbs good reps
Preacher curls: 3x10 70lbs ez bar

Triceps:
Tricep pushdowns 3x12 85lbs
Overhead Triceps Cable Ext 3x12 85lbs
Overhead single arm dumbbell extensions: 3x10 25lbs each side

Forearms:
Wrist curls 3x15 50lbs supersetted with Rev Wrist curls 3x10 50lbs

Tomorrow will be rest and i will go on 48 hour 0 calorie again after tonight's dinner. Will hopefully post again by Thursday.

Dumbbell rows: 3x12 75lb dumbbells
Seated narrow cable rows: 3x10 187lbs
Wide grip pulldowns: 3x12 170lbs

I dont know why I felt fat and sluggish today... Even though I was able to do pullups.
Was not gonna eat anything yesterday but ended up having skin on pan fried chicken ONLY.

Will have husk only today.
Nutrients will be 30 grams of fiber.
