Approved Log Pre-Cycle Log - Recommendation/review on my (planned) micro dosing cycle.

Got in some beef and nuts for dinner. gonna scoop some fiber in water and sip on that now.

Legs workout:

25 mins treadmill 3 speed

Leg extensions: 3x12 160lbs (more weight than last time)
Hack Squats 3x11 180lbs on the machine
Leg press: 3x10 450lbs on the machine. (Last set was brutal - loved it!)
Leg press calves extensions: 3x21 320lbs on the machine (more weight than last time)
Seated calves raises: 3x21 90lbs on the machine
Seated leg curls 3x10 140lbs
Lying leg curls: 3x8 170lbs

Treadmill 15 mins 3 speed.

So it is clear that i AM getting stronger. The test is definitely helping i will get a blood test done soon to see my levels of everything. I think the strength issue on the chest and shoulders is just cause of my shoulder problems.
I am flying back home soon and prp injections there are super cheap and fast, like $10 an injection. Do you guys think i should get prp injection in my shoulders, lower back, wrists and knees? If yes, how many and how often? I will be there for a month and keep my test injections up. But need to know about prp. I will ask my doctor about it too. Let me know guys.
If you can get REAL PRP injections, I would get them, but if everything is cheap there can you get bpc/tb500 cheap as well? @zucchini

The problem is that i do not know where to find peptides there. I will talk to a bunch of pharmacies to see if i can get em.
But prp is real. They would take my blood infront of me and put in the centrifuge in front of me and inject the plasma right there all within 30 mins.

Start with what you have access to, if PRP is what you have go for it. You're going to what country?

Biceps:
Dumbbell alt Hammer Curls: 3x24 45lbs dumbbells
Incline dumbbell curls: 3x12 30lbs dumbbells
Concentration curls: 3x10 30lbs dumbbell
Preacher curls: 3x10 70lbs ez bar

Triceps:
Tricep pushdowns 3x12 80lbs
Overhead Triceps Cable Ext 3x12 80lbs
One arm cable pushdowns: 3x12 25lbs
Overhead single arm dumbbell extensions: 3x10 25lbs each side

Forearms:
Wrist curls 3x10 50lbs supersetted with Rev Wrist curls 3x10 50lbs

Treadmill

I will find out about it when I am there.

Tomorrow is rest day and a 48 hour fast day. I will TRY and push it to 30/30 on Shoulder day Friday.

Treadmill: 30 mins 3 speed 3 incline.

Seated smith press 3x8 90lbs on the smith machine (i think the bar resistance is 10lbs or so)
Standing lateral raises 3x12 25lbs dumbbells
Face pulls 3x10 60lbs
Reverse cable flyes 3x12 25lbs each side.

Treadmill 30 minutes 3 speed.

Kept it a bit lighter and short for today as last time my shoulder hurt a bit. Increased the cardio to 30/30 (pre/post) it was ass!!

Keto test today (I swear it was darker to my eye):

Sure bro. As i said I'll do pictures next friday. That profile picture you see, that's at 75kgs. And i am pretty sure i am more muscle now for sure.
