@zucchini sounds like your doc knows what's up. If the pain’s coming from the bursa, then getting PRP into the bone area makes sense since that’s where inflammation usually kicks off. Muscle PRP might help too but it won’t hit the root like targeting the bursa directly. If you go that route, make sure it’s guided properly so it gets to the right spot. Could be a game changer if done right, or if done wrong you can have long term sides.
I will go to special prp clinics and get it done there. I will also take all my images and reports from here so i can get it done as well as i can.

Thursday Shoulders:

Treadmill: 30 mins 3 speed 3 incline.

Seated smith press 3x8 90lbs on the smith machine (i think the bar resistance is 10lbs or so)
Standing lateral raises 3x12 25lbs dumbbells
Face pulls 3x10 60lbs
Reverse cable flyes 3x12 25lbs each side.

Treadmill 30 minutes 3 speed.

Kept it a bit lighter and short for today as last time my shoulder hurt a bit. Increased the cardio to 30/30 (pre/post) it was ass!!

1 hour now. 30 mins pre 30 mins post. it's at 3mph. 1.5 miles pre 1.5 mile post. 7 days a week bro... I will literally die.
Going up from 30 to 40 and then 40 to 50 and now 50 to 60 in total was a bitch! Let me stay here a while

Yeah man, Yesterday's weight was 92.4kgs (203.7LBS) At my heaviest I was 114kgs (251lbs) and when I joined this form End of Jan/Start of feb I was at 109kgs (240)lbs.

Got a good chest workout in on this cool Sunday.

Chest:

Treadmill 30 mins 3 speed.

Barbell bench press 2x10 135lbs. 1x10 2x8 185lbs
Decline barbell press 3x8 185lbs
Machine press 3x10 130lbs
Cable flyes 3x10 40lbs each side
Pec dec 1x8 180lbs (couldn't do more so lowered the weight) 1x12 1x10 160lbs

Treadmill 30 mins 3 speed 3 incline for the last 15 mins.

Today, out of the blue, my car went into limp mode and I was able to make it back home. had someone put in an OBD scanner and it looks like it is an engine/powertain problem... If it is true I would be super immobilized for the week + money problems. Don't even know how to make it to work let alone to the gym honestly... I am so confused, pissed off and worried

As expected... I couldn't go to the gym. Did go to bike out, was able to ride 11km today it was super windy.
My car is messed up and Idk how to drive 2 hours away to the airport now. I am in a small city and there is no bus that matches the time I need to get there. No one who I know in this city has been able to give me their word for a 100% I am so fucking stressed
