I will go to special prp clinics and get it done there. I will also take all my images and reports from here so i can get it done as well as i can.@zucchini sounds like your doc knows what's up. If the pain’s coming from the bursa, then getting PRP into the bone area makes sense since that’s where inflammation usually kicks off. Muscle PRP might help too but it won’t hit the root like targeting the bursa directly. If you go that route, make sure it’s guided properly so it gets to the right spot. Could be a game changer if done right, or if done wrong you can have long term sides.
