I felt extremely shitty yesterday for not being able to train so today i decided to just walk to the gym and get a taxi home later on. Was able to train at my mma gym with the limited weights setup we have
Arms today:
Cardio: 30 mins walk to the gym from work as i don't have a working car atm.
Biceps:
Dumbbell alt Hammer Curls: 3x20 45lbs dumbbells
Incline dumbbell curls: 2x12 1x10 30lbs dumbbells
Preacher curls: 3x8 50lbs on the ez bar - the bar and the bench here is super wonky so i couldn't exactly figure out the balance.
Triceps:
Tricep pushdowns 3x15 140lbs - the dynamics of this machine were super different too, hence the higher weight.
One arm cable pushdowns: 1x12 2x15 30lbs
Close grip bench press: 1x12 135lbs 2x10 155lbs
Overhead single arm dumbbell extensions: 3x10 25lbs each side
Forearms:
Wrist curls 3x10 50lbs supersetted with Rev Wrist curls 3x10 50lbs
Post cardio: 30 mins treadmill
I'll do this again day after tomorrow but will surely see if i can walk here for kickboxing tomorrow atleast
