Approved Log Pre-Cycle Log - Recommendation/review on my (planned) micro dosing cycle.

1st day Chest day:

This was my AM workout.

Barbell bench press 1x16 135lbs 1x10 2x08 185lbs
Dumbbell press 3x8 75lb dumbbells
Decline barbell press 3x8 205lbs
Pec dec 3x10 (dont know the weight)
Cable flyes 3x10 50lbs each side

Man such a good workput an on old school gym. Insane pump and super good angles of the machine i had actually set up my house on!

I am going to the other gym in a bit and will get cardio done here.

I will post up food pictires n update as i can guys!

Its super hot here, today is 42 degrees. But i am somehow enjoying it and the feel of being in these old school gym again is just amazomg!! Its almost 8am, i just woke up n gonna go to the gym again.

Most of my food is super filled with protein with a good blend of carbs. So the food is super nutritious!! I will post more food pics as i take em!!

42 C? This is very hot! You need to go to an oldschool gym no AC really get the sweat on @zucchini

@zucchini this is your lowest weight I believe :D LOVE THIS! EVO family support for you.
You look great, really making strong progress and body is changing. Key is small changes long term.

When you come back home, we should push to get to you 80kgs!
It is a beautiful thing indeed 💪

A bit too tired to pose better than what I just did, but you can clearly see my progress... If you compare my 1st picture in the forms (Start of February 2025) vs these pictures... I am extremely happy with my progress. Even my new pants, that I got when I was 93kgs (204LBS) 3 or so weeks ago are now loose. Yes I couldn't flex as good in the front double biceps and my chest looks a bit sad (BUT LOOK AT THAT THIC WIDE WALL OF A BACK!), but man I am extremely happy. Everyone I talk to at the gym is super happy for me as well. I know I got more work to do, but slow and steady wins the race! 10 more kgs to drop (22lbs) and I will be in super good shape!

Last time I was back home I was 114kgs (252lbs) this time I go, I will be 91.6kgs (202lbs) everyone's gonna be amazed and surprised! Here's to continuous progress, for me, and for the whole EVO fam! Love you guys and extremely thankful for your support, encouragement and help!

Hey all.

I am back, it's my 2nd day now. I am a bit jet lagged and tired however I did get cardio and weights sessions in yesterday and today. I brought some Testosterone and Semaglutide with me as well.
I already feel bad for leaving home again it was a good trip but felt like time passed in the blink of an eye.

I will post regularly from tomorrow.

Hey man.
I feel good.
I gained a bit of weight but not something that makes me feel heavy, i can shed it off in 2 weeks, feels mostly like water weight.

I didn end up hurting my back there and was kindda immobilized for 5 days and then took shit slow after as well. But man i loved the food!! I miss the family, food and the culture already.

Today's leg workout:

40 mins treadmill 3 speed 3 incline

Lying leg curls: 2x10 80kgs 1x10 75kgs
Seated leg curls: 3x10 140lbs
Seated calves raises: 3x21 70lbs on the machine
Leg press calves extensions: 3x21 270lbs on the machine
Leg Press: 3x10 360lbs
Leg extensions: 3x10 160lbs

1st leg workout after coming back and i only worked on legs twice when i was away, so took it a bit low and slow. My legs were spaghetti at the end so i didn't do hack squats, also didn't want to strain my back.

Gonna upload a few pictures of some goodies i got from back home. I know you'll love em!! Let me cook my food and I'll post.
