@Andrelad yea we have those busy days I would get a bar at home like a straight barbell bar so you can do 20 sets in 20min when you have time ago home

Yeah definitely makes me tired throughout the whole weekend but I'm used it, I just carry on as per usual.
 
Thanks everyone for all the kind words I really appreciate it, It motivates me even more. Today was arms and It was pretty hot inside the gym so i thought to change it up and do my usual workout routine but almost with no breaks so I was extremely pumped and at the end I couldn't even tense my bicep or tricep at the end so I'd say it was pretty intense. My arms measured at 18 inches on the dot, My arms were slight bigger but of course I've lost almost 5kgs now so It's expected.

Hey guys sorry for the inactivity, Yesterday I had my 2nd exam which was hard as fuck and now I'm studying for my last exam which is tomorrow. Everything has still been consistent, Training hasn't changed aside from doing more cardio which i'm doing at least 4-5 days per week and it's definitely making a difference. I'm still dropping weight and making progress but when I'm finished uni i'm going to make a new workout split and slightly modify the diet to drop it by 100-200 cal or so. Sleep is back to normal now, gear is now stable no e2 side effects and I'm feeling pretty good. I can still feel my heart beating a little hard when I'm trying to sleep I don't know if thats from the stress of the exams or not but I am thinking about donating some blood next week because why not.
