Hey guys sorry for the inactivity, Yesterday I had my 2nd exam which was hard as fuck and now I'm studying for my last exam which is tomorrow. Everything has still been consistent, Training hasn't changed aside from doing more cardio which i'm doing at least 4-5 days per week and it's definitely making a difference. I'm still dropping weight and making progress but when I'm finished uni i'm going to make a new workout split and slightly modify the diet to drop it by 100-200 cal or so. Sleep is back to normal now, gear is now stable no e2 side effects and I'm feeling pretty good. I can still feel my heart beating a little hard when I'm trying to sleep I don't know if thats from the stress of the exams or not but I am thinking about donating some blood next week because why not.
Definitely go donate blood I'm always chill for a few days after I do it

@Andrelad hard to study and train but you have to do it and do it hard
if you can at least post a few meal pics and training pics if you not doing a full split update
you can just add more protein and drop carbs so it works for u

Being good in studies is the 1 thing you should be worried about training comes second

working out daily is the best thing for your brain to be able to think clearly

the next step for you is going to be easing up on the cycle

much respect. keep at it and finish your education

Alright guys exams done I get my results at the end of this month but I'm feeling good for all three exams they shouldn't be a problem. So now I'm gonna make a few changes, firstly I'm moving gyms because I'm really bored of the one i've been going to I'd prefer to be at a gym where everyone is bigger than me as it'll only push me harder. Secondly I will change my spilt but keep the same exercises as previously mentioned so it'll go:
Mon: chest and tris
Tue: back and bis
Wed: rest
Thur: Arms
Fri: shoulders and Legs
Sat: Not entirely sure maybe a couple sets of arms and chest just a little top up for the week
Sun: rest
Cardio: 4-5 times per week 30 min stairmaster with the heart rate around 170 bpm

And my final change will be in the diet, I need to go through it but not huge changes just little things removed here and there.
I do have a question for you guys and that is do you Think an even steeper drop in the diet will be better or is it better to slowly chip away ?

keep at it bro

@Andrelad good that you got the exams out of the way

lets work on the cycle now too

your split changed thats fine but how about exercises you plan those out?

we need to see diet change, I think you should do small drops lets say 20% down in carbs and 20% up in protein, push it slowly and step by step
