Hey guys, Today was Chest and tris. All is well I'm definitely feeling good and sleeping good. So now That Uni is finished I've been working with my father which has Kinda thrown off my schedule but I'm still sticking to the fasted cardio in the morning then training later at night. I've cut my calories even more for the past couple days just to see how I feel and I can manage so I'll properly calculate that calorie drop and list the diet. As for my weight I'm a little under 81kg so still dropping weight. Also I've shaved all my hair off so I can see what's actually going on, I think it looks better but I definitely need to get some sun and tan up. I'll add some photos Let me know your thoughts we're approaching half way through the cycle I think I'm on track, do you guys agree?
