Approved Log Pre summer shred cycle Log

Hey guys, Today was Chest and tris. All is well I'm definitely feeling good and sleeping good. So now That Uni is finished I've been working with my father which has Kinda thrown off my schedule but I'm still sticking to the fasted cardio in the morning then training later at night. I've cut my calories even more for the past couple days just to see how I feel and I can manage so I'll properly calculate that calorie drop and list the diet. As for my weight I'm a little under 81kg so still dropping weight. Also I've shaved all my hair off so I can see what's actually going on, I think it looks better but I definitely need to get some sun and tan up. I'll add some photos Let me know your thoughts we're approaching half way through the cycle I think I'm on track, do you guys agree?
my opinion is you have plenty of size on your frame
you definitely don't have an issue building muscle which is good
but from here you've got to focus also on dropping body fat so you can have a really fantastic physique
 
Mast is definitely starting to do it's magic now guys, although I'm not that lean I can see some nice vascularity and even a somewhat dry look in my arms when I'm pumped. I never thought i'd see anything but bloat from myself, I'll try and get some photos to show you guys but so far so good. I'm pretty much aiming to do fasted cardio everyday so it'll definitely help. Just wanted to thank you guys for all the help and suggestions, I appreciate it !

I believe I'm about 8 weeks in so half way and I've lost 7kgs whilst holding most of my size which I'm quite happy with but I am definitely still going to drop in bodyfat. I don't don't have a target weight but more so a target look which I do not have yet. Of course I will keep going and keep you guys updated.
