pre workout stimulant

looking for a strong pre-workout stimulant similar to DMAA
heard good things about one called Smash

I dont like DMAA its addictive

that is the most optimal way to train you won't see the top endurance athletes stimming themselves up before a race
it actually will backfire on you because it will cause your heart rate to be elevated when you don't want it to be elevated

it's sad and pathetic to need a stimulant just to get in a workout your ancestors used to fight battles for hours with no pre-workout and not even food or even water and here you are needing a pre-workout come on

Part of the issue is an over medicating generation who have enjoyed a little too much recreational drugs too then start to think that being stimmed is good. Said products are huge seller and make great profits.

I've seen multiple ads in the same magazine all claim to be 'the strongest pre-workout ever' and such like'. Impossible for them all the claim it right? And why do we need to take the strongest ever anyway? That logic has us all on grams a week of tren if we use PEDS and we do not.

And like Stevesmi says if they were actually needed you'd see EVERY top bodybuilder, lifter, strength athlete, etc stimmed up. Nope.
Issues are:
Lack of sleep. Watch less TV (it's all available 24hrs a day now anyway) late at night
Eat better before the gym (even a oat bar 1-2 hours earlier)
Change the time you train (get up earlier etc)
Try not to work just for the almighty dollar - esp on gym days. Like 12+hours then needing a stim to train

But most of all learn to be in the moment. Most sets are 45-70 seconds and while I get how tired you might feel arriving at the gym it's literally a moment or two to 'put out' in. Then you can go crash and feed after. The body is incredibly capable ad adaptive - it's why the human race has made it so far.
 
watch out for those energy drinks too. they are very addictive
 
A lot of hate here for Stims, as ypu can see. Im not one of them. Preworkouts with stimulants can help your focus and intensity and that is a fact.

I agree, I prefer to buy stims separately though, stack them and dose them myself as needed. Not something I use all the time but they definitely have a place in my regimen.
