Have a photoshoot what is the best way to get the body looking lean ?

I was thinking 0 carbs for next 4 days ans drink more water
Then 36h before shoot, no water, no food et do rebond with a pizza then go train lightweight juste before shoot
I heard something important with salt too, Can someone explain me pls

Up your water intake significantly and begin to cut back 4 days out usually having less than 16oz. Night before. No water the day of or absolutely minimal like only a few oz an hour. You should feel chapped lips if your dry enough almost. I would carb cycle depleting carbs 60-40-20g a day as your upping water then cycle down. I would always stick to rice cakes day of a show. Ricks right in with dairy - cut that shit out 100%.
It’s been done...I’ve seen a piece or two before a night show to pump up - I’ve also seen a shot of two of vodka, lol.

Bring your resistance bands to pump up right before the shoot or some 15 pounders for arms delts etc ‘backstage’ with you.
Night before prejudging I've done similar. Though I went for a nice steak and a couple glasses of wine.
