Hey guys I've been wanting to try a new preworkout for a while now .I've been using gold standard or c4 but lately a friend told me to get Mr Hyde apparently 300-400 mg of caffeine per scoop (Quite amazing !! ) plus it hits your creatine but I was wondering if Mr Hyde is a great choice or any other even better preworkouts .

I'm my opinion pre-workouts loaded with stims are terrible for your body.. Think about what is doing..

Dspark from N2BM is a great option.

It's hard for me to get N2BM products to Australia .

When I tried getting n2guard it was a hard for me so i instead went for talos and aegis.Any other recommendations ? :)

Hey man. What are you looking for in your pre workout. Never tried d spark but I can recommend you some solid pre's

Not a fan of Hyde at all byw. Makes me feel sick every time.

I can't help you. I'm not a preworkout fan. My hubby uses dspark. He likes it. Imo, a good meal about 45 mins prior to training and a cup of coffee is second to none.

just like dallas said one makes him sick while it might work wonders for you.

right now I like c4 pretty good, but my fav has been nitraflex

Easiest flavour to scull?
 
I make my own preworkout with individual ingrediants that you could probably get anywhere. I use
Creatine Mono:2.5g
L-Arginine:1.5g
Taurine:2.5g
Citrulline Malate:3.0g
Before this i have a carb drink (Sweet potato powder/Oat Starch Powder) mixed with protein and milk.

The pumps from this make it feel as my skihn is going to ehxplode. It makes my massles feel funtastic. It makes it feel like im cuhmming.
 
I made betaine anhydrous, beta alanine, caffeine, glycine, aakg, and dextrose. Still working on the flavoring aspect but the pump from glycine and aakg works for me. 200 servings for $50 and half the ingredients have another 200 servings left in the bags.

GAT is the worst for showing their formula...they use all the scientific names so you have to search them all. I went with a variation of Purus Labs Condense for mine. Still need to find awesome flavors though...kool aid powder and dextrose but its still pretty bland

Sorry let me re explain , I had a pre workout once it tastes like absolute crap meaning I couldn't drink it all I know preworkouts aren't meant to be tasty but would rather stay away from really bad tasting products

Wow 200 servings for $50 :eek: C4 is $60 for about 60 servings that's insane ! How do you plan on working on the flavouring though ?
 
Im running 20 serving batches. Buying some gatorade powder and a few others. Then whatever comes out best i can expand out to the 200 servings or whatever i feel like really. Just takes a little math to determine 1 actual serving size and find the right scooper from a previous supplement to get the serving correct.

IMO there is not a pre work out drink that blows any of the others out of the water. Just stick with what works for you. Also taking time off from using pre work outs will help bring back that extra umph you originally felt, the first time you took it.
 
I stopped using them. Waste of $ and your body gets used to them. I'll only use them now when I wanna try and hit a big PR.

I'm feeling that umph less and less every time because my body builds up caffeine resistance really quickly so might just do what your saying ,take a 2-4 week break from preworkouts
 
I personally don't like an excessive amount of stimulants in a preworkout. A little bit is good for that extra motivation.

I've been using iSatori's Pre-Gro. I think it's the perfect combination for me.

I'll get some samples for the preworkouts mentioned and i'm heavily considering making my own preworkout mix seems like a win win situation :) thanks for the idea guys
 
I only use pre workouts early in the day and only when I really need too, but my favorite has been evp and evp plus by evogen. I get the best pumps and best focus on that one! Another I like and have used a lot in the last is c4. Can't go wrong with that one honestly

If it has over 300mg of caffeine I probably wont take it. Not a fan of stim preworkouts. I use Myokem Nitramine.
 
I tried that white flood ot was better the c4 to me..but the beta alinine had ne all tingly..specially if ur taking showers..kinda had me freaked out and i culdnt go to sleep so next time i jus used half of scooo..lol
 
I do now..but at 1st it spooked me..now if i take a pwo..if it dont make me feel that then its not real to me..lol

I use Mr. Hyde and yes it is very strong. It only takes me about 10mins to feel the effects. Its the strongest pre-workout I've ever used and I'm honestly thinking about just taking 1/2 or 3/4 of a scoop for a while since I just started taking it again. Kill IT is pretty good too. Honestly, you're going to have to experiment with different ones because they might not hit you the same way they hit me. Try Hyde at your own risk! Good luck.

Fuck Hyde haha. Makes me feel like a crack head. Plus it tastes like ass and idk about you but my stomach is just wrecked after my lift.

Im a huge pump junkie. I'm done with stims these days. I just take massive amounts of things like hemovol now.

LOL!!!! You ain't lying about that crack head feeling. Whole body tingling and inching. It doesn't bother my stomach though. I remember N.O explode and C4 would make me want to puke. As far as flavor goes I usually stick with some type of fruit punch no matter what brand it is. The Hyde that I'm taking right now is Passion Fruit Mango and its pretty damn good...to me at least. I also take the HemaNOvol tablets by allmax.

Bro I got blue raspberry and it taste like absolute shit mixed with death and a hint of raspberry.

No explode makes me explosivly shit for the rest of the day.

I used to be a huge pre workout junkie. Now I'm just about making as many veins pop out of my as possible.

I was on another thread taking about how I don't hardly mix my preworkout anymore because most of them have that shitty taste no matter the flavor. I just pour a scoop in my mouth, slosh some water around in there and drink it! Sounds crazy but it beats gagging after every gulp when you mix it.

That's the best way to take the powder supps! By the way, I just got finished with a delt workout and I only took a 1/2 scoop of hyde and the usual 5 caps of HemaNOvol....still had the dope fiend tingle and itch but not as bad.
