primo for fat loss and mass gains

I was in the hospital for a few months and gained lots of wait, I have donde test in the past but my source resommend me primo and test for fat loss
and mass gains at the same time, this is what I'm planning
Stats

Age:- 29
Height:- 182 cm
Weight:- 205 lbs
BF :- 16%
Cycle of 12 weeks
Test E 500mg from week 1 to 10
Primobolan 600mg from week 1 to 12
Hcg 1000iU a week from week 1 to 12
Armidex 0.5 mg eod from day one to the end of week 12
any opinions highly appreciated.
 
Overall your cycle looks fine but you aren't going to burn body fat unless your diet and training program is set up properly. Steroids do NOT burn body fat. They prevent muscle protein synthesis.

I personally would drop the HCG. Whenever you use steroids, your natural testosterone production is going to be shut down. HCG won't change that but will only add in side effects. HCG is a form of estrogen after all.

Your cycle will cause the mass gain you are looking for but in order to burn body fat, you need to be on a proper diet.

By carb cycling, you get the best of everything. The low carb days are fat loss focused and re-sythnesis muscle insulin sensitivity and the high carb days are very anabolic and replenish depleted glycogen levels.
 
i agree with what musky wrote

steroids are not fat burners

primo works in a cutter because it will not cause water retention, and you can use it in a calorie deficit without worrying as it is mild and won't increase appetite like other steroids

stacking all that test with it though is counter productive to what i just wrote above
 
All in all, the cycle plan looks good, but there is a huge misconception I see there - steroids won't do all the work for you. What actually makes people recomp on cycle (lose fat and gain muscle at the same time) is a lot of training that takes place while being on cycle, and a strict diet. So even while being on cycle, you will have to pay a lot of attention to following a clean diet, and training like crazy.

As for the cycle itself, definitely ditch the HCG - it has more downsides than benefits, so it is not worth using. Other than that, the cycle looks good to me. Also, plan for the PCT before even starting the cycle, and ideally get all you need for PCT before the cycle as well.
 
It really makes no difference what gear you run because steroids do not burn fat. All it comes down to is eating less calories than you burn each day. All the steroids do is help you keep your muscle while you are burning fat.
