2. Primobolan Dose: Is 600mg/week an effective dose for someone with my weight and experience, or should I consider adjusting it?


3. Anavar?: Would you recommend running Anavar as a kickstart (first 8 weeks) or during the second half of the cycle for better synergy with Primo? Also is the dose on point?


4. Cycle Length: Is 16 weeks the sweet spot for Primo and Test, or would a shorter duration still yield solid results with less sides?

Likely Aromasin for you, but with 600mgs primobolan you might only need a low dose. @AE1079 can add to this.

I would start with 1:1 test:primo not higher.

Yes kickstart with anavar 50mgs ed is a good dose 6 weeks.

16 weeks is a smooth cycle, 14-16 range.

Too much primobolan and Ai might crash e2, so be careful. Organ and liver support like n2guard is needed as well.


Many of the things you shared are base, which is good, but diet and training should change as you go, for example as you get stronger, so weekly updates multiple are the best.

anytime you use test greater then 250mgs a week its a good idea to use an AI or have one in hand. the primo can help with the estrogen but it won't solve it

also 12 weeks is the max i recommend steroids. you have to factor in the esters as well which will take it for many weeks after
 
good layout of your split routines.
but i would vary up your different exercises week by week.

Make sure you getting in your fibers since you're eating so much protein.

That's a lot for sure but the food doesn't look bad at all.
 
if you are worried about sides then add n2guard. and i would also lower your dosing a bit. knock 100mgs off both test and primo.
 
overall the cycle is looks fine.

just for your goals i'm surprised you picked primo and not EQ.
 
anavar is a great steroid and you can certainly kickstart it or finish with it.
Some people will even do it both ways and take a break in between.
 
16 weeks is a really long time on steroids if you're planning on recovering.
The longer you stay on the longer You're shut down.
 
weight and strength is a good goal.

but primo isn't that good for what you want. you could even consider deca.
 
i would Definitely add an oral to this.
oral steroids work great for strength and are flexible.
 
Sounds like a good plan. I would keep it to 12 weeks. Remember that the esters are still in your system for a while after last pin. I would run an AI with that test dose to prevent estrogen related side effects. Besides that, you shouldn't see anything crazy. Just the usual side effects of increased blood pressure, cholesterol levels being off, liver enzymes being off, etc. I would expect you to feel pretty good on the stack though. If you run anavar, keep it to 6 weeks max. I like it at the beginning but either can work. A good dose is 40-60mg per day.
