Hi there guys,

I have been reading articles here and watching your videos and wanna thank you all for being so informative on these forums.

I have been exercising and training for endurance races i.e. running, cycling but can't get rid of fat and get ripped, so I have decided to start a cycle on Primo,

Can you please advise me on what the best exercises would be for total body cutting and endurance,

I would really appreciate your advice,

Are you stacking the primo with a test base? Testosterone should be the base of every steroid cycle you do.

Here's what I recommend for a test and primo cycle for a cyclist/runner:

Weeks 1 - 16
primo 500mg/week
test 200mg/week
aromasin 12.5mg every other day

For the goals of cutting and endurance, I would follow my workout plan as a template and add in 3-4 HIIT cardio sessions of 20-30 minutes per week.
 
If you are an endurance athlete, and all you want to get is improved performance and get ripped, then SARMS are a much better alternative. Besides, they will be cheaper than real primo, which is oftentimes faked. The SARMS triple stack will help you gain lean mass and lose fat at the same time. Additionally, SARMS will give you a great boost in endurance, recovery times, and explosive strength. The best part about SARMS is that they will not cause any side effects at all.

Whats the idea behind such low test? No stimulation for muscle growth?
 
I would just run a PPAR like GW or SR-9009. That way you are using something non hormonal so you wont be shut down or have side effects like those from AAS. They will also directly burn fat on top of the endurance benefits.
 
I get that some promote sarms as in recommending them, but the OP's question was regarding Primo and what exercises to do while on it.

Now some are just throwing all this stuff out like "triple stack" and Sr 9009. What is all that stuff, I've never heard of it before and sure I'm not the only one. Just muddling up the water here without answering the question. Seems Muskate is the only one answering his question with useful info.
 
My question is, why would a cyclist care if he is "ripped?" Cyclist don't cycle to be a bodybuilder. As a matter of fact, wouldn't more muscle weight slow his times? I'm a bit confused on this. Now, if the OP is looking to cut fat, that's an entirely different story.

I'm guessing it's because when he is not peddling his bike around maybe he wants to look good with his shirt off for his girl and/or on the beach.

He doesn't want to be a bodybuilder, he wants to be "ripped" and lean. Which is what Primo will do while increasing endurance and to a point strength. Primo is not a mass builder. Im confused at your post.
