Primobolan for Endurance

Ok, danger aside. Who knows how to use EPO? More out of curiosity. My RBC goes through the roof on Test only and I dont want to be found dead and hurt the gear culture :rolleyes:
Has anyone run it, or does anyone have any real world plans?
 
sealrunner you sound a little green which isn't bad. I would stick with GW (Sarms1) and low dose Test 100-200mg per week and could use EQ at around 200-300mg per week. EQ takes a while to build but I think by week three-4 you would start seeing crit elevate. Remember that AAS will not improve endurance performance but aid in recovery and you will see some elevation in your hemtacrit but hands down bro grab some GW from Sarms1 and see youor breathing management improve drastically. At this point forget EPO and stick to basics EQ, Test, GW... That is all
 
Sounds good im planning on first pin of the cyle to be the first week of January for the race the last week of May. I'll nail daown doasges for test, EQ, GW, and exemestane. Thank you guys! Dosage ideas? I get gyno on test at any amount... Ive had it since pubery and it shrinks down but never stays away.
 
Correct run Aromasin from the start. Low dose test and EQ Test again should be 200-250mg a week or go less if you feel you are too flushed. EQ should be around 300mg or 250mg if you again are feeling too full. If you have gyno just keep running aromasin as needed you may have to take more frequently than some. GW I dose at 20mg a day I do all at once first thing upon rising. The GW from Sarms 1 is the best hands down and right now with Christmas deals going on I would go ahead and grab the buy two get one free.
 
I say ostarine and GW. I wouldn't run EQ by itself with no test. I've done it for a whole year and you'll miss the test. I'd use at least 125mg a week or so if you insist on EQ. Ostarine is also good at increasing endurance.

I have to say that EQ actually does increase endurance because of increased oxygen uptake via red blood cells. I can even hold my breath longer under water on that stuff.

yeah bro its like trying to find the perfect pre contest stack for a BB comp.. everyone is going to have a different opinion.. its up to YOU to find your own way on this and see what works best for YOU

I agree Jack EQ helped me and yes without test I don't see the point.
 
What do you guy think about running one shot of Test Prop at the begining of the week, having the greatest spike by wed. then tapering down on saturday to a low amount of free test when I do my longest traing runs. That way I get a huge boost for recovery of my shorter speed work, and I lose the bloat and pump by saturday for my 15miles plus runs?

Or am I over thinking this?

That may work but the prop will likely be gone in 3 days. If you do this every week on Monday, you're bound to crash by Thursday. That would he a shitty roller coaster ride every week. Maybe a better option would be 10-20mg prop or suspension daily. You are probably lean considering that you are a distance runner so you could use a 1/2 inch slin pen. With this protocol you are taking in enough for recovery but possibly not enough to retain water. It all depends on how you aromatise.

Try GW and Aicar. Possibly TB-500 with the GH too for recovery and injury prevention.
 
I ordered 15 vials of TB-500 My room mate did a medical trial with that peptide and Im sold. Would TNE be worth it? I cant find any dosage information for AICAR!!!! no one Ive found has concrete numbers.

I think the roller coaster of doing that would be silly. you want to keep a low stable level in your body and stack with an AI to minimize any water retention. keep things as stable as possible the whole way so you aren't up 2 pounds of water, then down 2 pounds of water. you need aromasin from day 1 for sure to avoid any sort of estrogen rebound
 
Do I really need tot ake an AI every day? Ive found out that one pill e5d keeps me dry enough for lifting so im thinking 12.5mg of exemestane e3d would do the trick?

So there it is. If every 5 days works then that is your answer. All you want is to be dry enough where you don't have extra weight to slow you down but not too dry for your joints to hurt too much to run. I don't think that stevesmi was recommending you take an AI daily. He's saying start your cycle from the first day with an AI.
 
I don't see any real affect with albuterol. If I have a cough or train in the cold weather the inhaler helps to keep the cough from nagging.
