Slept in pretty late again for a Saturday. got up around 9:30. WOW. My body must have needed the recovery. for the most part everything feels good, nothing sore or in in pain. I am in cruise control. I fasted today and basically will fast tomorrow and Monday. Monday evening to Tuesday weigh in is the no food or liquids till weigh is made window. I'm much closer this time. last show on Saturday I woke around 182 and got to 165 by Tuesday. This time I'm at 172. This is a much better cut. I think keeping food and liquids will have me fuller by show time. I don't do much walking on the weekends, but Monday I will do the 30K step count. My goal would to be around 166 by Monday evening.

I have started Lasix today. Instead of doing 3 half pills per day spread out, I am only going to do 2. I will do this all the way thru next weekend just to dry out and keep the water flushing, especially from Tuesday to Thursday. I finished my Mast today, only got 100 mg. Looks like I will have EQ leftover. So, I may have small complement of EQ to my normal TRT after the show. Sorry, I just can't throw away good gear.

Workout was good today. My physique is where it is. Have many people telling my I'm shredded. I can see it in certain places, but not everywhere.

when i competed it was not this expensive. a shame that bodybuilding has gotten so greedy. supplement companies should be paying their fair share to sponsor these instead of lining their pockets but they are scum
Part of which I pointed out when I saw he was entering so many classes. Chances are he MIGHT place well in 1.

It rained today. Oh my, I don't think it has rained since mid July. All the grass is yellow. It was a late afternoon monsoon. Only going to be in the 90s next few days. Of course, I fly out Tuesday AM. My focus now is getting to 165. Woke up at 175, had work call me to work on an issue around 7:30am. Got to love IT Technology. 24/7. No BM this morning or today so far, that is a little worrisome. Hope it comes later tonight or early tomorrow. I am taking Psyllium husk and Senna tablet.

Will do a little packing tonight. Eating 2 boiled eggs, broccoli, and my blended protein shake. Not really cooking to save time. Will likely do the same tomorrow depending on where my weight is.

I will do back pump work out tomorrow early AM. Try to get in 30K+ steps. I have my haircut & dye job scheduled around lunch. Biggest focus tomorrow is to get to 165 and stay there, especially into the evening. Will have my coffee protein in the early am, sipping green tea during the day.

I have a lot of folks commenting on the conditioning. It's nice to hear, but I really need to hear it from the judges. Can't let it go to my head.
