Sorry it's been a few days since I have posted. I'm in the off season. I'm happy and disappointed at the same time.
Happy that I really pushed the bar as far as I could, came in with my best conditioning. Saw some shredded glutes. Did not cheat on the diet
Survived 100+ degree days and executed my plan as best as I could.
Disappointed that my placing were nowhere close to getting a pro card. Pretty much on the outside looking in. Some issues in my control others out of my control.
I have been going to the gym everyday and doing something of a workout. I'm not trying to push hard at this point. Just need to de-compress and find the hunger, desire, and ambition to go for it again. Sept and Oct are my months to just do that. Try to maintain some strength.

This week I am feeling better and less lethargic at the gym. I am trying to just go for a fixed time and get it done. I am eating whatever my heart desires. Just getting my mind of bodybuilding, etc. Not going crazy, still remaining healthy.
