As I mentioned before I am varying my back work outs. Today was chest supported t -bar rows. 5 plates so 225.
I'll start at one plate and work to 5 plates. 3 sets different grips each weight. I also do dumb bell rows,
20,40,60,80,110,130 each side.

Body feels good. Another day in the books.

Sleep good, still seem to be getting up often. Was stoked today to see if the androgen were kicking in. I think they are as I definitely feel fuller.

Glad to see 2 reps @ 495. I still think about having to dump it a few weeks ago. A little fear remains.

Two weeks I thought I did 600. I miscalculated and really did 595. I was not going to be denied today.
I added 6 plates and dime. 615 lbs. Do or die.

Got it done!!! I am stoked!

Rest of my leg day was business as usual.

Saturday is my reset. First injection for the week. Prep my pill boxes. Get groceries, etc.
Made tacos this evening with 96/4 round beef and egglife tortillas.

Tuesday Update : Light Legs

Banded Normal Squats 8x10x315
Safety Bar Squats 4x10x310
Smith Bar ATG 1x10x205
Belt Squat 1x10x 3 plates each side
Leg Press 2x10 8 plates each side

Finish up with machine movements leg extensions and curls. Feel good. Don't feel super strong, don't feel weak either. Just feel like I am in maintenance mode. I want to feel some androgen rage, but its just not there yet. Maybe another week or 2.

At this point, I expect my body to recomp. The diet is clean but not calorie restricted. I feel like the muscle bellies are fuller and hopefully losing fat and tightening up. I don't want to lose weight too fast as I still would like to push strength while using the wet compound. I would expect to hopefully be under 190 by the end of March. You just have to stay the course, embrace the suck. It just takes time. It won't happen overnight.

Happy with my progress so far.

Made 2 pre mix ninja batches. Apple Pie and Chocolate PB. Will not spin till later in the week.
Did not use the yogurt for the apple pie, thought I would but the container was full and the premix tasted good.

I am thinking I need to try to make the following
1) Mint Chocolate Chip
2) Lemon
3) Key Lime
4) Peach
5) Butterscotch Toffee
6) Mango

The fruit flavors should be easy since I can find a zero sugar Greek yogurt. The other two might need a sugar free syrup on vanilla base.
I am really enjoying this machine.
