3x10x225 Incline Bench
2x10x225 Decline Bench
1x10x205 Smith Decline to Shoulder Press (plus one pin on the bench bottom to top.
1x10x 2 plates each side for below
Plate loaded Chest press
Plate loaded Chest incline
Plate loaded Shoulder press
Reverse Delt/Pec Fly Machine

Felt a little amped today. I think the androgens are kicking in. Joints not so much. Still don't feel super loose.

Made tacos from some leftover Chipotle Chicken from yesterday

Food looks good. I need to start making tacos with those high fiber wraps. I could eat them everyday. I think I will do some big meal prep this weekend.

the training 225? you feel good on the shoulders at that weight

I feel like it is one of the harder things I do. I want to add a little weight, maybe 2.5 each side to start. But as soon as I get under I am like nope.
Hoping when I feel the full effects of the androgens I may try a little more. I am not touching my chest, I do on the back off sets 135 and the bar.
My plane of movement is from my nose to fully extended.

my routine is
10xbar
10x135
4x10x225 (Wed, on Sun I do 5 sets)
1x10x135 Front
1x10x135 Back
10xbar Back
10xbar Front

I like my routine at the moment. I do feel the pump in the shoulder deltoids.
 
Thursday Update : Triceps/Traps/Dumb bell RDLs

Wake Up @ 204
Post workout @ 200

Cycle Status : Week 2 Clean Bulk Cycle

RDL, Shrugs, Flies - Front, Side, Rear
I do all 5 exercises above to warm up with 5,10,15,20,25,30 Dumb bells.

Cable tricep pull downs, 3 different bars, start in pos 3, add 3 each set to the last pin.

Back to Dumb Bell RDL and shrugs
10x40 lbs
10x60 lbs
10x80 lbs
10x110 lbs
10x130 lbs

Plate loaded RDL and Shrugs
4 plates each side 2 sets of 10 (different grip bars)
3 plates same
2 plates same
1 plate same

Good work out today. One day at time, get it done! There are some nice cars at my gym.
Unfortunately not mine, but one can dream. Check out this black Tesla Cyber Truck.

nice update man

nice car, i went electric back in 2020 and love it. i charge for free where my gf works so i pay exactly $0 for gas or charging lol. plus i never have to worry about oil changes. can't beat it when you are like me and hate dealing with headaches in life
