Appreciate the insight, have been thinking about more work out techniques vs going heavier. More reps and negatives. I may change it up.
You are right tho better to be ahead of the target then struggle to get to the target. I may adjust the 2nd half of this month.

@PrinceDaddy I followed your show prep before and all your logs. I think for bodybuilding and show prep, I would go with higher reps more negatives and slow squeeze on top, your shape is perfect, working out muscle bellies is the next step.
I would highly suggest starting contest prep now too @Eddie Haskell is on point. I'd like the target abs to be in tight 6 weeks out from show.

I am liking this Anadrol addition. It is very bueno! My sessions seem stronger with it.
Today on the banded high bar squats I got 3 or 4 @ 495. I had only been doing 1 or 2.
I could have maybe done another 1 or 2. All my squats felt stronger and more controlled.
This is good. But, I think I spend my energy on squats today.

On the deads, I did manage to get 1 5 plate deadlift (495). Just did not feel too strong here.
I ended up doing more volume on the back off sets. So my dead lift work up is
1x10x135 RDL
1x10x225 RDL
1x8x315 RDL
1x4x405 RDL
1x5x405 Conventional DL
1x1x495 Conventional DL
2x5x405 Conventional DL
1x5x405 Sumo DL
2x8x315 Conventional DL
2x8x315 Sumo DL
1x4x315 Barbell Pull
2x10x225 Conventional DL
2x10x225 Sumo DL
1x10x225 Barbell Pull

Lot of volume there. Putting some thoughts on the weight progression. I do want to be under 190 by end of April. Been thinking a lot about how to get the bloated waist under control. More light twisting exercises and core work.

I think dropping anadrol around march 30 and moving into a cut is the way

I hate the Spring time change. Really conflicts with my normal circadian rhythm. Today was ok, tomorrow and the first part of this week will be rough. Spring Forward and lose an hour. Just always feels like I am running behind.

Today was a normal workout. Got my sets and reps in. Did not feel super strong or super weak. Just another day in the books.
@Npcclassicphysique champ & @Eddie Haskell really have me thinking of the cut. I took some pictures today. I am a hairball at the moment.
The hair will come off the first week of April. I tend to get more serious when the hair comes off since you can see the detail coming in

Here is the front, Top ab structure is there. Quad tear drops are there. Just not very separated at the moment.

on the cut, you look amazing, very tight body is getting into great thick shape but for sure you should start cutting now

Are you following a structured WO program or did you write your own plan?
 
you are always coming up with some cool cooking ideas
that looks like a nice Frozen mix
 
the time changes annoying I agree with you
you will adjust to it though give it a few days
 
Prince is always on point
the ground beef looks excellent good job
 
you are hairy as hell when you don't shave LOL
but i like it, you look strong and thick
 
trim that hair off Big Boy let's see what you're made of
