@PrinceDaddy I followed your show prep before and all your logs. I think for bodybuilding and show prep, I would go with higher reps more negatives and slow squeeze on top, your shape is perfect, working out muscle bellies is the next step.Appreciate the insight, have been thinking about more work out techniques vs going heavier. More reps and negatives. I may change it up.
You are right tho better to be ahead of the target then struggle to get to the target. I may adjust the 2nd half of this month.

I would highly suggest starting contest prep now too @Eddie Haskell is on point. I'd like the target abs to be in tight 6 weeks out from show.
