Left my straps at home this morning. So a little of wash workout. For me better to do something than nothing.

Scouted 2 more facilities. Made my decision. Let the social worker start her process.

Reached out to an eldercare attorney. Going to schedule a free consult next week. Intent being to get converted from Medicare to Medicaid properly for long term care.

Another day in the books.
@PrinceDaddy I wish you get this resolved soon with the attorneys and your father so you can be clear minded. I think you can get help for long term care.

try to share a bit more training info and diet if you can

there's so much to go through in life
from birth all the way to death
 
I agree with the above it's good you have your priorities in order
family should always come first
 
everyone on here should have beneficiaries and have a will
this is very important to do
 
definitely a good idea to sit down with your parents and go over this stuff
never just put it off because you never know what can happen in life

Today I slept in. Just have been tired mentally. Gym was crowded when I finally got there. So, I did have to wait on a rack and such. Kind of decided I was going to do weights that are comfortable not challenging. So a 4 plate (405 squat is ok) anything above would be pushing it. I stuck to 405 on the deads as well. I usually do a high box squat. I actually got a 12 in box and did a few single plate squats on there. Kind of nice for ROM. I did drop some weight today. I feel like when I get a night with 8-10 hours sleep, my body recomps. I did sauna and steam today with fasting so I was very depleted on the post workout weigh in.

Did not visit dad at hospital today. Did go yesterday. Settled on skilled nursing facility/potential long term care. Will make appt with eldercare attorney next week. He seemed to be doing better yesterday.

Was thinking about doing blood work on April 6th. Now I reconsidering and changing it later in April, maybe 19 or 26. It won't be anything to act on. It will mostly be educational to see the impact from this cycle. In May, I will cut over to my contest cut cycle with dry compounds.

@PrinceDaddy waiting in the gym I hate that, been going 4-5am lately its muchb etter.

Blood work for sure do something early IMO dont wait until end of april stick to April early date and a follow up bloodwork around may 22-28
