Today I slept in. Just have been tired mentally. Gym was crowded when I finally got there. So, I did have to wait on a rack and such. Kind of decided I was going to do weights that are comfortable not challenging. So a 4 plate (405 squat is ok) anything above would be pushing it. I stuck to 405 on the deads as well. I usually do a high box squat. I actually got a 12 in box and did a few single plate squats on there. Kind of nice for ROM. I did drop some weight today. I feel like when I get a night with 8-10 hours sleep, my body recomps. I did sauna and steam today with fasting so I was very depleted on the post workout weigh in.
Did not visit dad at hospital today. Did go yesterday. Settled on skilled nursing facility/potential long term care. Will make appt with eldercare attorney next week. He seemed to be doing better yesterday.
Was thinking about doing blood work on April 6th. Now I reconsidering and changing it later in April, maybe 19 or 26. It won't be anything to act on. It will mostly be educational to see the impact from this cycle. In May, I will cut over to my contest cut cycle with dry compounds.
