Left my straps at home this morning. So a little of wash workout. For me better to do something than nothing.

Scouted 2 more facilities. Made my decision. Let the social worker start her process.

Reached out to an eldercare attorney. Going to schedule a free consult next week. Intent being to get converted from Medicare to Medicaid properly for long term care.

Another day in the books.

I can see some detail coming in. I'm just too hairy at the moment. I want to see the striations. That will get me amped and going.
 
Monday Update: Back

Today was V bar rows. Feel pretty good body wise, just a lot of mental anguish. I really want to get rid of the body hair. There's some detail coming in. Sometime those gym mirrors are funhouse mirrors. The pictures never seem to look as good as the mirror.

How about these nuts. I usually get raw nuts like almonds and cashews. Put them in a zip loc back with olive oil and rosemary. Then I will roast them in my toaster oven for 9 min at 350 and let them sit till they cool off. I like them as snack. A little too easy to overdo, but still I think an OK snack.

Dad still at the hospital. Maybe to the rehab later this week

On the food its nice, raw nuts are clean I like to add walnuts to them though.
