Tuesday Update: Light Legs

Wake Up @ 199
Post workout @ 196
Step Count: 24K
Androgen Rage : Low
Cycle Status : Week 7 Clean Bulk Cycle

Banded squats today. Including a video. Form looks good for me. Feel pretty strong. Mentally dragging. At this point, just doing weight that is comfortable. Towards the end I pulled a little towards the right and my right inner thigh felt a little strained. Have to concentrate when under the weight. Focus, focus, and focus.... I am fine. I hate that on compound movements we can have slight imbalances. You might drive stronger from one side than the other.
